I have had the good fortune to work with Brian on 2 different occasions. My parents home in Heritage Wake Forest sat for months no activity and they had moved away. I called Brian, he quickly determined the price was too high, priced it correctly and sold it in a few weeks.
Our home in downtown Wake Forest Brian did a great job of marketing and actually got us an all Cash offer! His follow up and knowledge cannot be beat. To this day if I have real estate questions I know Brian has an answer!
