Royalty Rentals sprang from the idea that customers should be treated like royalty. Having rented tables, chairs and other party equipment multiple times from vendors in the Phoenix area, we recognized a true need for an increase in the level of service and quality in the rental industry. We understand what our customers' needs are because we have BEEN the customer.
Permits may be required for larger tents and costs vary depending on city. Tents are staked to the ground with long steel stakes and require Blue Staking prior to assembly. Customer is responsible for all Blue Staking and permit arrangements (Call 602-263-1100 to make arrangements). Tent weights are required for any tent that will be assembled on a surface that will not accommodate staking ie.

Not the best experience:( will not be coming back. I placed an order for 20 chairs, 6 “child” chairs, 3 rectangle white linens, and 1 circle white linen. The chairs were still dirty which required me to wipe them down pretty good. The “child” chairs were more like toddler chairs and can only fit the size of a toddler table, one of my linens came with a stain on it (and since it’s a white linen that’s something you’d hope would not be on it, or at least told about it so I could have agreed to that one), and out of the 3 rectangle linens two were the same and one was different quality

Unfortunately my mother and I booked this company for chair, table, heater and arch delivery for my wedding day on 12/5. The chairs arrived absolutely filthy. After repeatedly asking the delivery guy if they are cleaned before delivery and being ignored, he finally told me they are run through a machine. Your company needs to either invest in a new machine or chairs. Myself and my family spent hours in the sun cleaning and scrubbing the chairs and succeeded in getting them somewhat clean but not totally presentable as they were banged up as well. The tables were disgusting and falling apart. Taped

I would never recommend this company I placed an order for my wedding I needed chairs,an arch for the ceremony and a cooler for drinks. When we went to decorate the arch it was unstable and almost feel over just by touching it, the chairs were supposed to be padded and they weren't and the cooler was dirty dented,and wouldn't drain. When I tried to call the company they didn't answer and when I finally got through to them days after they picked up the items they refused to help me with the items I couldn't use

Went with them for the reviews, that was a mistake. Good luck getting a hold of literally anyone EVER. Booked on the 31st and cancelled the following day. They were quick to cancel, never got a refund and no clue where my $348.00 is. Person I spoke to confirmed money would be returned to the card on file. No responses via email, phone.. tried them many times. We are now almost ten days in and completely in the dark.

My girlfriend was looking for a few tables & chairs for an event this weekend. She had an order in from another company that cancelled on her and said she is better off renting from another vendor. We had rented from Royalty before so she placed the order over the phone. A couple days later, two days before the event, Royalty cancelled her order via email. They claim they do not have enough tables to fill her order. Again, this was after calling two more times to confirm and all is well. They will not return her call or answer their phones. Is there a even rental company in the area with any professionalism

We had a small backyard weddings and rented tables, chairs and tablecloths from Royalty Rentals. As we got closer to the event, we realized it was going to be 95 degrees outside so I called them up to see if there was any possibility to add a large tent and fan. They were able to easily modify my order and even gave me an extra day so that I would have more time to setup for the event.

I have worked with them for over 5 years for all my events. Everything is always great-service, items and financials. I did a paw patrol theme and they spent a good amount of time helping me pick the matching colors of the pups with the table cloths. They have and will always be my to go rental company.Definitely recommend them to anyone.
