I just wanted to say my experience with Rad Bounce house was amazing. From easy online booking, affordable pricing. I spoke with Nate the next day and his customer service was amazing and got everything taken care of for us. They arrived early to set the bounce house up before the party time and Nate was very pleasant to work with! The pick up was easy. I would defiantly use this company again and recommend them to anyone looking for a good family company to go through for a fun addition to your event!

Fantastic experience through the entire process. Very responsive via calls, emails & text. I gave Nate an idea of what we were looking for & he was able to text me options within our price range. The booking process was super quick & easy. Nate called me the day before our event to provide a drop off time for the day of. The crew was early to set things up & very professional asking about what outlets we wanted to use & so forth. Clean up was just as quick & easy. I would definitely recommend them & use them again for future events.

Absolutely a 5 star experience! Communication was fantastic, was able to accommodate a last minute add on, arrived when they said they would, etc. The two gentlemen doing the setup were extremely polite and professional - all around the experience was perfect and I would not hesitate in the slightest at hiring them again - really top notch company and service! Do not hesitate to pick Rad Bounce if they have the bounce house you want!

We have used RAD party rentals for three different occasions and each time the employees have been kind, helpful, and punctual. They communicate about drop offs and pick ups EXTREMELY well. Plus, bonus, the slides are SUPER fun! We have kids ranging from 4 to 12 on these slides (and adults, let's be real... you know we played too!) and they all have a blast! If you're looking for a quality team for a good price--look no further.

Rad Bounce House Party Rentals was fantastic to work with. We rented a bounce house for my son's 5th birthday party. They were very responsive and quick to reply to questions. They were here on time.
