Everything used to be so easy. The post card came in the mail every year and we knew it was time to take Fido or Rover into the family veterinarian and get his annual vaccines. But suddenly, Rover's yearly visit seems to have gotten a bit more complex. Mrs. Catterson sat in the exam room with her Beagle, Maxine, and waited for Dr. Kirch to arrive.
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Life-threatening walk-in emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each patient on time.

Just want to thank you to the wonderful staff at Rocky shores veterinary hospital. Our little Walter got deep cut on his mouth that we didn’t see and had no idea how long he was walking around with it. I immediately called every vet in the area and every place said they were booked till the following week. Zack at the front desk actually called me back, and when I told him about our situation he got us in immediately. Dr. Robert was informative and caring it really put me at ease knowing he was in such good hands! Thank you all again!
