The center understands that consistently providing nurturance and empathy has a profound and positive impact on your child's well-being. Expect a "family feel" with all the extra cuddles, love and tenderness for your sweet little one! Through both child-directed and teacher-directed activities, your child is exploring their interests, playing with others, and constantly learning in exciting new ways.
Your child's care is one of your biggest priorities, and you want to be sure your child is getting the very best start. There are several options available to help you offset the cost of care, and we've made it easy for you to find all the information you need to take advantage of these programs. The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 enhanced the benefits of families with children and child care specifically.
Catching each other, "doing good" inspires a culture of kindness. Teachers can catch each other in a good deed, we collect these, and at our monthly meeting, spend 15 minutes reading good deeds aloud to share our contributions. The center has three preschool classrooms, and thoughtfully place your child with peers at the same developmental pace. This way, we can comfortably "meet your child where they are at" in their learning, ensuring they flourish and thrive. Extra time is made for self-expression now, with crafts and painting throughout the week.
Your child learns to participate, cooperate, and be a team player every single day. We offer both small group activities and large group activities for your child to practice these skills while developing friendships along the way. Your child learns about the Bible daily with such engaging themes as Captain Commandments, Ark Man, and Professor Positive.

When my ,then, two year old daughter started at Cedar Kids she was immediately welcomed by the teachers and staff, it felt like she had been going there forever. She is the only one out of my four children to attend Cedar Kids and it floors me how much more she knows than they did at her age. It’s hard to leave your little ones anywhere, which is why I am so grateful to the teachers and staff for making me and her feel like family!
