So you have decided to sell your property. Before anything else, it is a good idea to sit down and clarify your motivations and draw up a basic time frame for the selling process. Broker is very responsive & her team has always been quick to find us a perfect beach front house for each summer’s family vacation.
As far as the claim of them stealing money, it sounds like someone lost their security deposit & doesn’t want to pay for the damage they caused to a house.
Yes, the houses we’ve rented are always stunning, but we have always gotten our full security deposit back because we treat the houses with respect & do not cause any damage to the beautiful homes we have rented.
