As of the 2010 United States Census, the township's population was 3,051 reflecting a decline of 278 (-8.4%) from the 3,329 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn declined by 78 (-2.3%) from the 3,407 counted in the 1990 Census.

Extremely unprofessional bordering on illegal practices! They've got ineptness down to a science. Be careful when entrusting your home to this company as they will charge you for things and never provide receipts. If you need something good luck with getting it professionally addressed... if they answer you at all.

My family and I stayed for the weekend in one of their rental properties and it was beautiful. They took great care of it, it was very clean, and made sure we were happy with the service. I felt it couldn’t have been a better stay. So glad I chose them and will be back before the summer ends!

We have rented in LBI for over 18 years and have never had to contact the realtor once with any issues. Unfortunately that is not the case with Sea Breeze in our rental this past summer. We had to deal with missing doors, holes in walls and doors, ceilings that opened up and had water come through them due to rain in three different spots, a sink that wouldn't drain, and more. We had to contact Sea Breeze three times before anyone would come to address the issues and when they did come, they only fixed two doors. Their response was "what can we do - we aren't the owners". At the end of the week
