Over those years his agency has grown to add additional personnel to help cover his growing client base. In every instance when I have called the person answering the phone has either been able to fully answer my questions or has let me know who will call me back and when. Happy, Mary, MaryAnn, and everyone at Happy's office are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. They eased my mind during the purchase of my first home two years ago, and have walked me through the basics of home and car insurance a few times. They also check in with me about once a year to see if I have any questions. Mary recently helped me rerun rates, and was able to find me a much lower rate on my car insurance than I had previously.

We have been with Happy Mullen for 7 years now. Every time I call I feel as if they drop everything to remedy my situations. I don’t really have to wait for anyone to call me back. Everyone who has answered the phone can knows what to do. This last time I misplaced my Car insurance bills. Not only did they call me to remind me they were overdue, they made sure I paid within the grace period so I didn’t lapse. And they took time to send the DMV the paperwork for me saying I didn’t lapse. They did the footwork for a mistake made by me....and was kind and happy to do it. I have never dealt with

I personally have been with State Farm, Happy Mullen’s office for years! They have the best customer service around, hands down!! Mary J. especially has gone over and beyond to help us with any situation from moving, renters insurance, short term disability to adding an umbrella policy for my husband’s work. We have NEVER been treated like a number but like family. We will continue to work with them and look forward to adding our daughter when it’s time for her to be on the road. I highly recommend Happy Mullen Agency. Happy and his entire staff are amazing. They care. They are honest. They helped me transition my insurance needs to NC smoothly when I moved here a year and a half ago. They respond very quickly and are super helpful. I have always had the best customer experience with Happy Mullen's agency! From the receptionist to the agents to Happy. All seem to know me even though I haven't gone into the office except for 2 times over 14 years. They greet me warmly and the actual agent is very thorough and knowledgeable with my questions and of my account. They are respectful and quickly follow up if they do not have the information.

I had a wonderful experience working with the Happy Mullen State Farm Agency. I worked with Adam Lee and he showed me a variety of insurance options and retirement plans. His suggestions were based solely off my needs and what my financial goals are. I never felt pressured to make any decisions that I wasn't comfortable with. I was surprised by how Happy Mullen State Farm Insurance was a very friendly place. My family is having for now just a renters insurance but we were looking for a new car insurance. I have to stay staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't push us to buy unnecessary insurances. Happy Mullen State Farm Insurance is really looking for my best interest. I am sure I found a place I could build future relation and combine all my insurances at one place.
