The service is wonderful, I called at 440 pm and I had my auto price At 5:30pm. Elijah was sweet and made sure I had everything I needed. I told my staff how wonderful my service was and they will be reaching out to you guys. I also needed a paper for DMV and they took care of it and send it off for me. I am glad I am with them.

Am updating due to three issues. (1) SF changing my policy payment amount without notifying me in advance and without requesting my approval of same. I called my SF contact, Elijah Neal (who, by the way offers really good customer service - he has a calm demeanour, even when I get heated my frustration w/SF, he tries his best to find out what's going on with my account & he has never rushed me off the phone - kudos to Elijah). He explained to me that due to the corona virus, SF was offering its customers the option to pay a reduced monthly amount. Then they would add the remaining balance

I have gotten such great help from all the people at Jake Fulkerson's State Farm! They have set the gold standard for how dealing with insurance companies should go! My car was involved in an accident and the other driver was at fault. After I couldn't get anywhere with the other driver's insurance and I was getting calls from people wanting to tow the car, I called Jake for advice and in 1 day I got the rental car, an estimate for the payout since the car is totaled, and help with the medical claims. They will then contact the other insurance company to subrogate the claim so

Jake was great to work with in getting my new coverage in a totally new state. He contacted me quickly, answered every question I had, and was very personable.
I've only ever had renters insurance with State Farm, and I have no plans on changing that anytime soon.
