Not only does Conchita's Cafe serve fast fresh breakfast & lunch downtown, but we've also been providing Albuquerque's premier food truck & catering service since 2012. So you can enjoy all the awesome flavors of Conchita's Cafe at your next party or event! It's a family affair at team Conchita's. Your host Kristina Leeder named the business after her grandmother, Conchita, who's recipes are still included on the menu!
Kristina & her father have worked both the food truck & cafe, with other family members lending a hand catering events. Conchita's takes regional flavors to the next level by fusing them with all types of international cuisine. We use ingredients that inspire us. Some ingredients come from the local farmers market, others from the grocery store, and some from Uncle Steve's land in Embudo, NM.

I'm so excited to see my favorite Downtown restaurant since Covid! Just in time for summer - I need my berry salad people! Oh and their strawberry churro waffle for my cheat days😋 Thanks for continuing to provide fresh & healthy food to the community and for all you donate & do for the community. We are watching...👀

Our office eats Conchitas several times a week. The service and food is exceptional! You get good size portions of food for your money. Also, today, my burger was undercooked (raw) and I called and talked to them and they offered to come pick up my burger, cook it further, and deliver it back to me. What they did, instead, was so much more: They gave me a brand new burger with all the fixings, french fries and a treat! This was not the agreement but a very nice surprise. They were super apologetic! Conchita's always delivers on quality service and food. Thank you so much for all you do for your

Awesome food, service, and atmosphere. Was easy to find parking downtown and such enthusiastic service, everyone is so kind. The prices are very reasonable. Serving size is generous with good quality tasting food. I had the frito pie which would be enough for two. The salsa is yummy, with the right amount of heat. Definitely a place to return too.

Really love the environment both the decor and employees. The meat and sauce was good. Super hot chile! Make sure you get sour cream to balance the heat. I had the meatball sub. The hoggie roll was disappointing. The need to work with a panaderÃa to get appropriate sized and fresher hoggie rolls. I ate mine with a fork :( Other than that, it was great.

Conchita's, you spoiled me the other morning! My to-go container was packed full of yumminess! This was the second time I came in for the Power Up Bowl, to-go. Egg whites, spinach, black beans, turkey bacon, avocado, corn and bell pepper. I loved it last week, and this week, I asked for extra turkey bacon. I was so full. Fredo (the cafe manager), was awesome and I asked him to charge me for a large to-go cup so I could fill it up with their grapefruit-infused water. He said I didn't need to pay for it - thanks, Fredo!

I loved it. We had hamburgers and they were delicious. Affordable prices and great customer service. We will definitely return. They had a great variety of food that caters to everyone's taste/diet. I also loved that my fries weren't soaked in grease. However, it isn't handicap accessible as far as parking or automatic doors.

I've been meaning to try this for some time after reading all the reviews and talking to some other people. I finally made the trip and it was great! I've gone twice and both visits were fantastic. Amazing service, the staff is great! Even during the lunch hour my order is out quick.
Both times I had tacos. I ordered a chicken and an abuela's (beef) taco. They were both filled to the top with meat and all the fixings. Well seasoned and delicious!
I've also tried the calabacitas tacos. They're pricier than the meat tacos but worth the price. They come on flour tortillas

Amazing food, locally owned business, and great location. I used to frequent this place when I worked downtown and now I find myself trying to make an excuse to go downtown so I can eat here. The tacos are delicious and pretty much everything on the menu. Kristina is the owner and I absolutely love her and her creations. Ohhhh, how could I forget?! I almost forgot...
The churro waffle breakfast is THE BEST!
P. S. If she has a special get it!

The decor was so funky and colorful I had to take several pictures. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere at least on weekday mornings is quiet. I love their morning burrito and coffee special (~$3.50)... it was perfect to take Togo and eat on the train to Santa Fe. If you check in on yelp you can also get a $1 off.
Also their smoothie of the day is just whatever they have that day and mine was delicious (and it had spinach so I felt a lil healthy). In the 3 days I've been in ABQ it's become my breakfast go to when I'm walking to the train station.

Concita's is a small business and has a shoe string budget. Now, that's not a bad thing so I am not being negative here. I stopped in for lunch with a work colleague. I ordered a Breaking Blue Burger and it was tasty but could have been much better. The other item that made me give only three stars is that I paid $13.09 for the basic burger, a bag of chips and a fountain drink. I don't feel as though I got my money's worth.
Would I try them again? I would probably eat here again if I couldn't find any where else.

OH MY GOODNESS! SOOOOO SPICY!!
I ordered the breakfast burrito with bacon and it came with red and green Chile, eggs, potatoes, lettuce, tomatoes, all the goodies!
It was crazy hot but really good and hot!
I'm glad I found it because now I have a new place close to work that's had good food and at reasonable prices! The space is very unique. It felt like I was transported to Playa to one of the cafes we went to in Mexico. I wish I would've taken a picture of the artwork, it was awesome!
They also have daily specials and I'll include a picture of these!
My only issue is

I just know this will become a lunchtime favorite. And I must add that Gold Ave downtown is quietly becoming a food lover's string of pearls....
Prices are more than reasonable. Space is unique and thoughtfully laid out with awesome artwork. I love places that you wouldn't know existed unless someone told you. And then looking around and finding it, or stumbling upon it by chance... Well, it promotes happiness. I tried the green chile meatball sub. Wow! A nice manageable size for lunch to keep you from an afternoon food coma. The meatballs were tasty and stuffed onto a bed of cheese
