Services
Buzz crafts a collection of wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy and Rhone grape varietals and occasionally something fanciful because winemakers like to experiment! We are fortunate to partner with supportive growers and vineyard managers from notable sites giving us access to optimal wine grapes each harvest.
Join our Stoners Wine Club to receive exclusive offers, discounts, admission to special events, free wine tastings, use of our Woodinville Tasting Room and 8 bottles of complementary wine each year! An artisinal, award winning winery, Sol Stone will remain small, crafting about 2000 cases each vintage.
Our comfortable tasting room at The Junction in Woodinville allows you to immerse yourself in Pacific Northwest history. Take a seat at the tasting bar made from reclaimed Douglas fir, sip the latest vintages and swap a story or two with us. Gather your friends around an old oak barrel table and enjoy a glass of your favorite Sol Stone wine, a few nibbles and some conversation.

Nice little tasting room with covered outdoor seating (dog friendly). Build your own tastings and lots of by the glass/bottle options.
Nice cheese plates you can buy and charcuterie plates if you want meat as well (we just had cheese/fruit/crackers/etc).
Reservations suggested with Covid restrictions but we got a great time the day before. Live music in the parking lot on Sunday afternoons.

One of the nicest wineries in the Woodinville area. Great layout inside, plenty seats, and a nice bar area. The staff are lovely, not pushy and allow guests to enjoy themselves. $10 gets you 5 tastings which is great, and the staff can give recommendations as you go. My friend and I enjoyed the tasting experience enough to buy a glass of wine to drink while we sat and enjoyed the surroundings and friendly staff. I prefer whites, and they have a lot of options which is great. The Viognier is my personal favorite! The reds are fruity and easy to navigate too. Will need to be back to try their cheese

Loved, loved, loved this winery! Friendly, and the white wines were spectacular. I'm sitting here, enjoying the Grenache Blanc as I write this review. Felt intimate yet the staff was knowledgeable and and eager to make sure that we understood what we were drinking. Look forward to getting more wines!

2nd stop on the wine train. Another dog friendly tasting room and this is right next to Armstrong tasting room (and has about 2-3 other rooms within walking distance) and this place was packed.
I loved all the wines that we tasted here and I ended up getting a bottle of Viognier (my favorite white) and I'm thinking I should of bought more than one bottle but I had self control at this point. It was a nice clean and crisp flavor that was just a hint of sweetness and super easy to drink.
Everyone working here was lovely and they also were in love with Chloe. Got to meet the owners and chat

Impromptu wine tasting evening with my mom and most were closed so we ventured in. Glad we came in! Open and inviting space. They were busy but still had time to talk to everyone and answer our questions. Great wine, loved their white wines and was a little sad they were sold out on some of their wines so we couldn't try them all. Definitely will be back!

I first had Sol Stone at Taste of WA & had a wine of theirs that I swear was made for me! I work in the wine industry and never find a chance to go to the winery because I'm always working when they are open. Today I drove by and noticed the door was open although they would usually be closed. I popped my head in and explained that I loved the wine and there was one in particular I was dying to buy. Karen explained they were closed but was more than happy to help me figure out what wine I had and let me purchase it! Thank you!!

I've had two experiences at Sol stone and both were great. The first time I stopped by I joined their wine club membership and it was very reasonable. 4 bottles twice a year, its also called Stoners wine club which is hilarious. At that time they let me know that I could rent out the establishment for very low cost plus a case of wine. I had a Surprise Birthday party for my fiance. Everyone was impressed. Amazing service! I personally love their Stoners Red wine. I cannot wait to try their Rose when it comes back in season. This place is a must.

This is our favorite winery, so it only made sense to get married there too!
We were the first wedding Sol Stone had ever hosted, and it was AMAZING! Not many brides can say their favorite winemaker married them! "Pastor Buzz" and Karen went above and beyond to make it a very special and memorable day for us!
We discovered this small boutique winery about a year ago and fell in love with cozy atmosphere and delicious wines! Karen and Buzz are always super friendly, enthusiastic about their wines, and enjoy getting to know their wine club members. Since day one of meeting them, they
