First time at Bright Vision and it was great experience from scheduling appointments to receiving the glasses. The location may be small, but it has a very clean and sleek look.
On the day of, we were quickly checked in and got started right away. Dr. Shah is great at what she does. She made sure that we were comfortable and answered any questions we had after each step of the eye examination (and answered all of my questions about eye care and prescriptions in general.) Danielle, the front desk receptionist, was friendly and professional and made the whole process of connecting us with Dr. Shah

Dr Shah has been nothing but warm, extremely kind, & very patient with myself and my children. I enjoy going here when ever I have to. I’ve never met a eye Dr as nice as her & her staff is extremely friendly, warm and understanding as well. My kids love Dr Shah!!. The world definitely needs more Doctors like You!

This place stands behind its name, really Bright Vision:) I was having a very hard time finding ‘right contact lenses, my eyes got dried and turned red when I wore my lenses. I wear bifocal lenses.
However Dr. Shah took her time to check my eyes, had me try 2 different kind of lenses and checked my vision to make sure I had a ‘bright vision before I left her office. I have never felt so good and confident with my lenses. I highly recommend this place. Dr. Shah is very friendly and her staff is also very helpful. I would always go back to her.

Dr. Nisha Shah is amazing. I have a daughter with severe anxiety and a son in the process of being evaluated for autism, so doctors appointments can be tricky for everyone. Not only was Dr. Shah and her staff extra patient with them, but showed them so much care and respect that they both felt comfortable in her office. Great service and kind hearts are so hard to find these days, but my kids and I definitely found it at Bright Vision.

Very neat and clean place. Dr. Shah is very nice, genuinely cares for her patients. Must say she is a Dr with personality. I can say my parents are in good hands for their eyes. Overall wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family. She explained every tiny bit of details very patiently. She made us very comfortable, did not rush at all, answered tons of questions we had.

This is an incredible business. My whole family went here and we could not have been more thrilled with the whole experience! This is THE place where if you have any questions or concerns about glasses or if you need your vision checked, they will attend to your needs! The young lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely helpful during the whole scheduling processes between my whole family. The Optometrist was very helpful and extremely polite. The place is very state-of-the-art and very clean and extremely safe to be at. I highly recommend this place to anyone!!

I really liked Dr Shah and her staff. They were friendly and on time even with additional safety procedures due to COVID. When trying on frames, the associate sanitized each and every pair before placing it back on the display. This was my first visit to Bright Vision. When I stopped by the office on 2 subsequent occasions (unannounced), I was greeted by name even though I was a new patient. I really felt everyone in the office from the doctor to the support staff was knowledgeable and caring.
