My appointment which was scheduled 5 months ago, just got canceled the day before the appointment. They did not even bother to call and apologize for the inconvenience. When I called to inquire about the cancellation and rescheduling the appointment, they said they do not have any availability for the next month, and this is so much they can do! They finished the call by saying "We are fine if you go somewhere else".

This place is awesome!! Great customer service and most of all great service! From the time you walk in the door you are greeted with fast and friendly service. They have you feeling like family. Anyone that walks through those doors are treated as if they are the only person in the office. I highly recommend you go see for yourself, you will not leave disappointed.

I was in a excruciating pain Dr. Gita accepted me between her patients. She wasn’t my Dentist and no history. I got her name from my friend. First of all she was very kind and friendly she made me so comfortable, of course her staff as well, all of them were wonderful and kind. Since my tooth was infected she tried to send me to the right Dentist and Mr Andrew her office manager tried five doctors but nobody had opening. Finally she decided to take care of it, she did awesome job and extract my tooth with less amount of pain even though my condition wasn’t good. It was very clean and not much

The doctors and staff at Park Dental truly care about us, the patients. Andrew, the office manager, was extremely friendly, welcoming and thorough with explaining insurance, costs, etc.
Vida, the dental hygienist, was also very helpful and friendly. She walked me through the process as she was taking x-rays and was very knowledgeable. Dr. Chen and Dr. Rafiei went above and beyond to help me with the dental cleaning and checkup. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new dentist. I know I'll be going back every six months!

At first I was surprised at the wonderful service when I went in for an emergency dental appointment for pain. A couple of months ago. Now after a series of things gone wrong I'm sad to have had the first impression of outstanding service gone down the drain. I went for a regular dental check up and cleaning. They discovered I needed a crown and made the temporary crown and mold to be sent out to get the permanent done. 1st the temporary crown disintegrated just moments leaving the office. I went in and they "squeezed me in" the next day and tried to fix the temp crown which also

Dr. Rafiei has won me and my family over as a customer for life - she is genuinely caring, extremely trustworthy, and one of the best! I received fillings from another dentist and started having nerve pain the following weekend. I desperately called Dr. Rafiei on a Sunday morning from looking at the great reviews, not only did she walk me through critical steps over the phone but also saw me shortly after. BEST DENTIST IN ALL OF PLANO. If I could rate more than 5 stars I for sure would been going here for 15 years and at her old office off of Coit and 15th best service and Dr.Rafiei is very professional and will never make a mistake. Very good service and the office takes care of you when you go in from anything like a whitening to a root canal. Very nice office and is very sanitary 5 STARS!

They told the truth about everything they are very polite and enthusiastic which made me feel in good hands she is board certified and very gentle. She told me my teeth were great but if I want to get some cosmetic fixes I could get braces but it's not a need because they are very small. She sent me to an orthodontist to just see the pricing and how long I'll need it and you could just walk to the orthodontist from her office so that's as great. She try's to help you with prices as much as she can and she's great I recommend you try them.

I can't even begin to say how horrible of an experience I had with this dentist. From the front office staff being rude beyond words, to the dentist yelling at me and causing such a scene that her entire staff was watching. The only nice and decent person at this office is her assistant whom it seems she treats badly as well. Stay away.

I can honestly state that I have never had a better experience in a dental office. The entire staff was kind and helpful. I informed Dr. Rafiei that I am extremely dentist-phobic; she explained everything she was doing before she did it, gave me several options and made me feel involved in my treatment and thoroughly informed. First time in my adult life I have not needed Nitrous Oxide at the dentist. I cannot recommend her enough.

I first met Dr. Rafiei at the bank. She was so nice so I made an appointment with her. I have been going to my dentist for over 20 years, so for me to even try a new dentist was a big deal.
Well, it wasn't let down. I thought the days of caring and personal service were over but they proved wrong. Everyone at the office is very personable and make you feel comfortable. I can't say enough good things about Dr Rafiei. She is very professional and knowledgable. I recommend her to all my friends, family, and coworkers.

Wonderful update. After reading my review, instead of apologizing or trying to make anything right, she demanded that I come back - so she could blast me in person, I presume. Said she got her credentials in Houston in the late 1990s, so she's not right out of school. Sorry! I was trying to cut her a break there. How can anyone have that much experience, and be so horrible? Can't manage a calendar, let alone a business.

I'm very happy I found Dr. Rafiei. I've been to her several times for root canals and fillings and have had an awesome experience each and every time. Unlike so many other doctors and dentists, I can tell she truly cares about her patients. She doesn't bounce back and forth from room to room trying to serve as many patients at the same time as possible. She gives you her full attention until the work is complete and she does very high quality work. And her staff is great too! I have recommended her to everyone I know.

Dr. Rafei has been seeing my family well over a decade. She's practically a part of the family at this point!! She is an excellent dentist-- caring, fast, thorough, HONEST, and smart. She's also really good about arranging referrals for complicated cases. We wouldn't trade her for the world and hope to keep seeing her for many years to come!
