This person is so dishonest. He charged my niece a deposit that was outrageous, that was In May. It is now the end of June and he has not returned the money. He is a BS person, very dishonest. He makes himself seem important and busy and at the end he is a dishonest businessman. She has filed a complaint with the Department of Real Estate and will soon proceed with legal action against him, his company. Do not process anything with him and his company.

As a real estate agent and as someone that understands property management AND as someone that knows about renting and equal housing opportunity, these people do not follow the rules. I was also directly lied to by whomever answered the phone about their advertising policies. I would never advise any client to have this company manage their rental property.

I called the office number and left a message for Robin with my name and property address. By the end of the day and before 5PM I didn't get a call back so I called the office again. But the office was already closed. The following morning on Thursday I called the office and finally got a hold of someone.
