VIEWING: Couple procedures to set up viewing which is depending upon if property is still occupied being worked on, or is move in ready. If not occupied, come to our office and check out a viewing key, leaving a $40 refundable deposit, M-F 9 to 4. OR. Ask our rental assistant to set up a viewing with the occupant.

The office is kinda small but always clean and the staff are always friendly & helpful ! Also, im always in/out in 5 minutes or less !

The staff including Izel, Christina and Lisa are hard working and keep an open dialog with leaser and leasee, I have worked with them for many years.....no complaints. During an eviction they proved to be fantastic I couldn't have done it without them.

This person is so dishonest. He charged my niece a deposit that was outrageous, that was In May. It is now the end of June and he has not returned the money. He is a BS person, very dishonest. He makes himself seem important and busy and at the end he is a dishonest businessman. She has filed a complaint with the Department of Real Estate and will soon proceed with legal action against him, his company. Do not process anything with him and his company.

As a real estate agent and as someone that understands property management AND as someone that knows about renting and equal housing opportunity, these people do not follow the rules. I was also directly lied to by whomever answered the phone about their advertising policies. I would never advise any client to have this company manage their rental property.

If I can give him 0 star I would. He is shady, dishonest and unprofessional. On Wednesday morning I found a cash only property on Belle St. San Bernardino. I called the office number and left a message for Robin with my name and property address. By the end of the day and before 5PM I didn't get a call back so I called the office again. But the office was already closed. The following morning on Thursday I called the office and finally got a hold of someone. I told her that I'm interested in the property and I didn't get a call back. I asked to work with someone else but she said that Robin is
