We had a great experience purchasing a 2021 Yamaha YZ125 for our son this past summer. We called many dealerships and no one had any in stock but was directed to Cycle City Power Sports. They were awesome to deal with and had everything completed for us by the time we drove over two hours to get there. We walked in, signed the paperwork and they brought the bike out. Simple, Quick and easy!! Certainly worth the drive!

Could not be happier with my experience at this dealer , and especially with the service department . Dean and Devin are awesome and always go the extra mile to service my bikes . They always work me in quickly and most often without appointment being made , and the quality of work from the service crew is spot on and excellent quality. The prices charged along with the quality of work is very reasonable in my opinion.
Extremely happy with the Financing that was secured for me for the 2 bikes I purchased. Truly feel they went the extra mile to get me the best rate possible !

Jennifer does a great job at finding the parts I need as well as keeping me updated on parts arrivals or potential issues with availability .

Parts service was awesome! The employees there are awesome, no mater what position they're in, they are always willing to help. Sales associates are all great-I've purchased 3 bikes & will continue to buy from these guys. I spend at least 1 day a week in here buying parts for my son's race bikes, parts department is amazing, thanks Jennifer for always getting me everything I need. This was one of the worst experience I've ever had when purchasing a large item! First, before I left off the lot with my bike the front trunk on my can am wouldn't close. They told me to come back tomorrow of which I did just to be told that it was not ready. This went on for almost 2 WEEKS!!! Next, I called my finance company to ask them to hold the check of which was too late because Cycle City Power Sports had already cashed the check so I was stuck with a bike that I had yet to receive. Once I got the bike, I had to wait over an hour just for someone to come show me the features

The worst shop I have ever used. I took my wife's bike in for an overheating issue and was told they could diagnose the issue for an hour of shop time but after telling them the work I had done they felt it would most likely be a head gasket replacement. They quoted me $400 for the job but that they were 2 weeks behind. I wasn't rushed so no worries. Two weeks go by and they call me and tell me that they aren't sure but it's either the head gasket or a cracked cylinder. They tell me it's another 250 for them to keep digging as the engine needs taken apart and I agree

My husband, and I have made several purchases from this business. We have also had our dirt bikes serviced with them. So it was only natural that when we wanted to surprise our son with his 1st dirt bike, this was the way to go. The staff went out of their way to make sure the surprise was a success! Everyone was just as excited to see his face light up when he saw it for the 1st time. It feels like a family there. Everyone is ready, and willing to help with any questions you have. After a few day process, and a few trips back and forth for paperwork I was able to get the motorcycle I was looking for. Salesman Tyler was very chill and easy going. The finalizing process was a little more drowned out than I would have liked but hey what can you do if you want convenience over a bit of travel.

Terrible service. Came in with cash in hand and ready to purchase a new dual purpose bike for myself including some gear. The sales guy was soo busy chatting up his co-workers, that I had to wait 10
Minutes for him to even come over. He acted annoyed that we were even there and would disappear and we'd have to track him down. Eventually just left even though they had the exact model I wanted ant the next closest dealership was over an hour away.

My wife and I came to check out the helmets and other accessories. We were greeted by Jonathan in the sales department who answered all of our questions. This was after we had told him that we weren't looking to buy anything and needed to do more research before making a purchase.
Jonathan gave us a lot to think about after our conversation and two days later we returned to purchase two helmets and other gear that he recommended.
We pass by several other motorcycle shops but we will continue to drive to Newnan for this level of customer service.

What an utter disgrace. I took my dirtbike to Cycle City for a carburation problem. Having spent the better part of 2 weeks rebuilding and adjusting the carb on it, I gave up and took it to Cycle City. I figured they're trained professionals and maybe their techs will find something I overlooked. I was wrong. The problem with the bike was; hard starting, uneven/hanging idle and a fuel leak from the carb overflow. A few days after I dropped it off they called me to tell me it would cost $350 to fix. Fine..if it gets fixed, it's worth it. 2 weeks later, I get it back and after getting it
