I had drove 3 hours to go to a another local Harley Davidson that had a bike I was interested in and had the worst experience ive ever had with bike sales. I Google searched and found thunder tower about half an hour away and decided to give it another try to take home a bike I seen they had in stock the same day. I had the best experience ive ever had with a dealership and it was with this dealership and the salesman Mike. They picked up the slack where the other Harley dealer failed and really lived up to what I always thought the Harley brand was about and made my first bike experience perfect

1 week ago I visited the Thunder Tower West Harley-Davidson also to tell FlackO Hello. A nice customer came up an was talking while waiting to purchase my t-shirts I found out later it was the owner very impressed good conversation down to earth guy keep up the good work Hope U sell 1Million Bike"s in the ATL MADDOOGG J'ville FL đ

I have no clue how this place has this many good reviews,It would be impossible!! Brought my motorcycle to them had it for 2 months to do some carburetor work said they were done gave it back to me it was running like a dog, they said they didn't know how it ran before I brought it in so they couldn't do no more, so I reluctantly paid them to get my motorcycle back took it to Newnan Harley-Davidson straight from there didn't take them long to diagnose the problem had to pay twice to have the same thing redone said they had done damage to the carburetor and I should go back and get my money back

The guys behind the parts counter were unbelievably nice and helpful. The service department on the other hand. They told me that the earliest appointment they had was five weeks away. I waited five weeks. The evening before my appointment, I got a call from them saying that they need to reschedule. They said that they would call me back to set up a new appointment and they never did. Going somewhere else to get the work done.

I recently visited this dealer because they were the only one open on Sunday and I didnât have another day to get out. I applied for credit online and was approved. Once that happened I got a call from Preacherman within a few minutes to speak with me. He set an appointment with me and I went in the next day. I looked online at the inventory they had and picked out a couple of bikes I was interested in.
I arrived with my printouts of the bikes I wanted to look at and when I met with preacher he asked me the most important question âwhat bike are you looking forâ he did not try to push me

My experience has been nothing short of stellar! I'm always treated with professionalism, kindness and respect in all departments. Mr. Gene & Ms. Betty are wonderful owners! Monique & Denise in Motor Clothes are awesome, A.J. (Parts Mgr) has a wealth of knowledge, Vince has helped me tremendously, Bo has serviced my bike well and Bob is a very good instructor.
