The Fat Bob is all Harley-Davidson, but at the same time, it's unlike any Harley motorcycle that ever existed before. Callie was so sweet and informative. It was my first time visiting a Harley store. I was on the hunt for a Christmas gift for my dad. She answered any questions honestly and to the best of her knowledge. I appreciated that she really seemed to know her stuff and made me feel right at home. It was a great experience!

Great service, friendly and informative staff. They greet you when walk in. They offer assistance if you need it . But at the same time they let you look around without bothering you. If you have a question they have the answer or will find it out. The Instructors that teach the motorcycle courses have a great personality, take the time to explain things and make the course fun. I had a great experience here and will definitely be going back. It has a family like atmosphere .

I recently purchased a 2021 Road Glide Special from Great South Harley Davidson in Newnan, Georgia. I travelled from Birmingham Alabama to make this purchase. Reasons: 1) Great South didn't hesitate on being able to get the exact bike that I wanted (ordered it directly from HD), 2) they were extremely competitive on price. They not only did not mark up the price above MSRP, they were able to beat everyone's price that I had contacted. They found the bike, honored their pricing, and kept me updated at every step of the way.

I brought my motorcycle to them from the Harley-Davidson shop Tunder Tower in Morrow Georgia which I had a horrible experience with. These guys took care of the problem basically had to redo what they had already done it sucks I had to pay for it twice! I was treated with the utmost respect Ken was my mechanic and he is awesome!! He figured out the issue and fixed it right away! Dan is a service manager down there and I explained the whole situation with the other Harley-Davidson shop and he apologized for them and took care of me!

My dad got a flat tire during Hurricane/Tropical Storm Fred driving home to Florida from a trip out to Sturgis. A different Harley Davidson said they could get him in a month. My Dad called the service manager( Dave/Darryl, probably not right) at this place and the guy was phenomenal. Offered to stay late 10 minutes if needed for us to get the bike in the shop. They were able to get the repairs done by close the next and were super nice about everything. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

Large selection of bikes and merchandise. While on a long ride and passing through the area one of our crew needed a new tire. Being we were out of town, they bumped him up to the front of the line in service. He ended up getting both tires replaced and was In and out in about an hour and a half. We also enjoyed a free burger, hot dog, chips, and drink while we waited. All staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

I was visiting from out of state and purchased some bike pedals for highway driving a a gift. I KNOW I did not purchase them from this dealership I purchased them 2 hrs away in North Atlanta, however I thought Harleys Mottos was we are all one big family.....not true. I went to ask if they would be able to exchange the pedals for the correct ones as I bought them for the wrong bike and was told by the parts manager no way, they would be loosing money if they did that. I asked if it would be possible for them to assist me by having the other dealership send the

Ok. Third bike. First Harley. From my Salesman, Russ, to Cliff in Finance, Tweet behind the parts counter and the entire service team (too numerous to mention) you made my buying experience superb. With all the questions I had on the bike, with all the boom settings, the headsets, helmets and road gear, you didn't steer me wrong. Appreciate the love! I had a great experience buying my first HD 2017 Road Glide special from here. I shopped around at several HD dealers and majority of them treated me as though I was window shopping and brushed me off. I can say everyone in here makes you feel like family and not just another customer . Robin was my sales rep and she's the greatest. I highly recommend this HD dealership and make sure you ask for Robin she will most definitely take great care of you

It's still early in the relationship, but I must say that the purchasing experience and dealing with folks in the parts and apparel areas have been top notch. And, when I compare it to my experience with another dealer in the Atlanta area, it moves to well above top notch. I'll spend a few minutes on that local dealer.
I live near Marietta, so purchasing a new bike should have taken place at the local dealer. Further, given that I've spent well over $60K at the local dealer, having purchased three bikes with them, it makes almost no sense that I'd go all the way to Newnan

I take my motorcycle to get service and tune and I left with no tuner and because they can do service on my motorcycle the Harley dealer can't work on a Harley so I went to KING CUSTOMS and they told me no problem we will fix the problem and make it better thanks Harley of newnan for not working on my Harley so I can take it to a real shop

Purchased a new XL1200 custom last week from them it was a great experience spend the better part of the morning there taking my time test riding different bikes.
Everyone from my salesman Holly Apple to the sales manager Andy Knowles and all the other people in the different departments
Were all friendly and easy to work with.
The experience was great I would recommend anyone looking for a new bike to visit this dealership
