We are in town for a dear friend's 50th birthday and we wanted to make the birthday dinner at home very special. I found Lauren and gosh are we happy. She designed an exquisite and delicious carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. The cake was moist; not too sweet; it was perfectly balanced. The design was so elegant with silver and gold cake balls in addition to dripping gold icing.
Lauren was professional and friendly. Her pricing was fair and reasonable.
She made the birthday girl feel like a million dollars.

We traveled from Maryland to Wyoming for our July 2018 wedding. I found Jackson Cake Co via the web and was immediately impressed with Monica Beehler. She was a delight to work with via email. Her pricing was reasonable too and I sent her 1 image via Pinterest for inspiration. She quickly came back with great ideas to improvise and make a cake that would reflect our taste preferences. Jackson was busy with people needing cakes this winter and at the recommendation of other purveyors we latched onto Monica and the Jackson Cake Company to make a birthday cake. Well the Red Velvet cake was beautiful and delicious and it made the 30-year old birthday girl very happy. Easy to deal with, totally reliable and they delivered! What more can one ask.

Pale blush pink strawberry frosting over decadent chocolate cake with both strawberry and ganache filling. Can't believe I had to travel across the country to taste the very best cake I've ever had, and for my very own wedding! It was a smaller event for me, but I always felt as though I was a priority and an important client. She created such an amazing presentation that tasted every bit as wonderful as it looked. So glad I spent the time to find Monica and the Jackson Cake Company. She is a warm and amazing

Monica designed and made our wedding cake and a birthday cake for my brother. The cakes not only looked fantastic, but they were absolutely delicious. We had three different cake/filling combos and everyone raved about all three! Monica was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Jackson Cake Co.!

Monica rocked our unique wedding cake! A 3-tier, black "chalk paint" cake. All of our guest were so intrigued with it, I think more pictures were taken of the cake than the couple.
But how did it taste you ask. Amazing!! Many said it was THE BEST wedding cake, cake period they ever had. As the bride I wanted to take credit, but it was all Monica.
Don't waste your time with any other pastry chef. Monica is a true talent and joy to work with! She comes highly recommended by many local tops chefs, which is how I got in contact with her. Seriously, so happy we hired her to make our show

Monica was absoluletly amazing! She helped my husband and I design our wedding cake for our wedding. She opted for a small cake for us and various flavored cupcakes for the guests. Besides everything being amazingly delicious, they were decorated to fit our theme perfectly. Each cupcake was decorated with edible leaves and fines. Fabulous!

I have nothing but great things to say about Monica and her customer service, communication, creativity, and positive and warm personality. Our cake and cupcakes were decorated to the T, they looked amazing. However, we did get multiple guests comment that they tasted dry and lacked moisture. One guest say they tasted pre frozen, which broke my heart.
I would still recommend JCC, but maybe confirm before hand that your cake won't be frozen.
