Is the most cost-effective way to remove dirt, paint, coatings, mastics, adhesives and oil stains from floors while providing an aggressive profile surface for proper bonding. Grinding can be used for removal of coatings, failed sealers, epoxies & old adhesives, also for making elevation repairs to cracks and humps in concrete.
Our specialized scraper equipment reduces time of floor covering removal and floor preparation time by 75%-80%. We also provide dust containment in residential spaces and occupied commercial buildings. We remove the flooring and scrape the concrete, removing anything from thin set to urethane adhesives.
Shot blasting is the most cost effective and time efficient way to remove debris from concrete. This process strips, cleans, and profiles the concrete simultaneously. This leaves the job site clean after we are done. The surface is immediately ready for coatings or overlays to be applied, leaving your concrete dry and chemical free.
Polished concrete is a popular flooring solution because of its durability, cost effectiveness, and versatility. When the floor is prepared, our diamond grinders make the first pass to knock off the top layer. Depending on the desired level of reflection, the final passes are made with specialized resin grinding heads to polish the floor for a premium finish.

Lift off arrived to Chico on time with a huge well mannered crew. My wood floor was a tough job, but they got every bit of old floor up and were so tidy when they left. I really LOVE tidy!! They were excellent at communicating. I was very very happy with their work and now I may epoxy my garage floor! Thank you Lift Off

We had glued down wood flooring that needed to be removed to make way for tile. Joe & crew arrived on time, ready to work, they set up barriers to keep the dust to a minimum, and removed over 300 sf of wood flooring in just over a half day. Our tilers were able to come and start laying tile right away. Gladly recommend them for this type of work to anyone.

We needed about 600 sq feet of tile removed from our kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms prior to new flooring installation. Joe and Crew showed up right on time and ready to work! When we returned home after the job was completed my wife and I were both thoroughly impressed with how clean the house was. They did a great job and would highly recommend!

The crew at Lift Off Floors did a fantastic job! This group of guys were the most hard-working crew I have ever witnessed. They showed up at 7 AM after a 2 Hour drive from Yuba City. After introducing themselves, they went right to work for the next 2 - 3 hours prepping my home for what was to be a most difficult job of tearing out 700 feet of old stone. The attention to detail when prepping for the dust was impressive. These guys worked tirelessly until 8:30 PM with very little rest. When they were finished, the end result exceeded my expectations. The crew was respectable and professional.

They have hard workers that sometimes put in 12 hour days. They are helpful and respectful and trust worthy. When they say they will get a job done they do, do it good and on time. The only down fall is, if you quit, they don't send your last paycheck to you. My brother worked there, he had family emergency back east to attend to and she'd me to pick it up for him. They refused and never mailed it to him. So in order to get paid he would have to fly Scripps the United States for a couple hundred dollars. The plane ticket is more than that but they had the nerve to take taxes out n send the w2 here

We recently hired Lift Off Floor Removal to remove our 30 year old terracotta tile floor. It was a large area of over 700 sq ft. From our first inquiry with Chun to the estimate to completion, the entire team was very professional.
Joe and the demo team paid attention to every detail and we could not have been more pleased with the process and result. Chun, the Operations manager, followed up the day after demo to ensure all went as planned. We will definitely use them for our next project we are planning. Me and my back thank you!
