The care in our facility focuses on differing populations of individuals. Many residents in our population are comprised of patients requiring several days or weeks of medical care and therapy before they can safely return home or to a lower level of care. A positive and uplifting atmosphere largely determines one's quality of life.

With that said, we understand that it's difficult to be separated from your family members and loved ones. If possible, Skype, FaceTime or use other forms of visual communication to hear and see one another. Make sure to include grandkids, family members, and close friends in calls. Order a book, movie, game or anything else online and surprise your family member with a way to help them occupy some time.

The care and attention my mother received was beyond what your staff was required to give a patient. On two separate occasions when we came to visit my mother, there was one of your employees holding my mother's hand and comforting her. My family and I were so impressed.

Other positive qualities we observed in your staff include timely information provided to us by your administrative staff, excellent care provided by the nurses, therapists and all of the support folks, and the level of cleanliness of the facility.The medical orders and treatments I write for our always carried out with reliable thoroughness.

While there are no set visiting hours, please be considerate of other patients in the evening. We suggest using the common areas of the facility to meet with your loved one. If it is not possible to visit in one of the common areas, we suggest a limit of one to three people in a resident room at one time.
