Cross the bridge and you'll find our authentically quaint town 1/4 mile inland just across the meandering Nestucca River. Unique neighborhoods-each with their distinct personality-are sprinkled in, and through, and around it all.
Hello, we're Open Nest, a carefully curated collection of vacation homes in and around Pacific City, Oregon. We are locals who pushed down roots in Pacific City over 20 years ago, and we instantly loved this place so much that we wanted to share it with others too. One by one we set out to find owners with unique homes that often sat vacant and that vacationers would feel privileged to rent.
Deposit: We will collect 50% of the total amount of your reservation at the time of booking. The remaining amount due will be collected 2 days before your arrival, along with any additional security authorization. In the event the home of your choice is not available due to maintenance or other like instances, we reserve the right to move your reservation to a comparable home.

Our family has rented several different homes at Shorepine Vacation rentals over the past few years. We've had great experiences every time. The homes are large with big kitchens and open living rooms area, perfect for friends and family to gather. Homes have sizable bedrooms, most with their own bathrooms. We love that dogs are allowed. We've had a good experience communicating with their staff as well. We will continue to rent here for our family trips to the Oregon Coast.

It was the best experience in our family vacation history so far. Pricy, but comfortable and stylish. Great value for the winter vacation destination. Very clean, peaceful, content condo. Tons of them to pick from - many of them available for sale also and that is what we are planning on for the next time. We definitely will come back

At check in, the desk clerk lied about what our group leader told her in regards to splitting up the check. She also added on $20.00 to the final bill and when we questioned why, she said at first it must be because we had a pet, which we didn't, and then she said it must be because of a "New tax" that was instituted in April. I felt like I was being lied to again. That is called a "bait and switch" and it's an illegal business practice.
The rental itself was clean and well kept other than a bathroom door upstairs that won't shut or open without brute force and a lot of noise. The garage allows
