Postal 98' Cafe originated from the Pinecraft Post Office. As a young girl, owner, Ann Michelle Stoltzfus remembers mailing post cards and letters home to her friends back north in Pennsylvania when she would visit with her parents Dave and Barbie Esh.
No stranger to the food business, Ann Michelle along with her husband Jason are co-owners of Esh Foods, located in Lancaster County, PA. Her main highlight of coming to Pinecraft was to visit her grandparents, inspiring her love for Florida.When the word spread that the post office was closing, her dreams of owning a cafe finally became a reality.

By far the best breakfast place in Sarasota. I really didn’t want to leave this review because it just means more traffic and lines at this breakfast place. My wife is seriously upset that I’m even leaving this review. The bagel breakfast sandwiches are… AMAZING. I’ve never had a breakfast sandwich like this. Pure quality. Eggs cooked to perfection. Deli meats are high quality. We had a matcha latte and a caramel macchiato. For those that wait 1 hour to drink their Starbucks drinks, you won’t have to do that here. Their drinks are hot, but not “your tongue in hot lava” type of hot

Just when you think there can't possibly be a coffee shop you haven't tried In the area you come across a pleasant surprise. What a cozy little spot with tons of outdoor seating and some indoor as well. The coffee was excellent. May become one of my top places to return to. We didn't try any food but the breakfast sandwiches looked awesome. We will be back. Prices reasonable.
10/30/21 second visit and the coffee and food really good. We split the Dave's special and that sandwich was probably the best breakfast sandwich we've had. Highly recommend.

Was looking for a local coffee shop in February 2021 and this came up. Delightful little cafe. Delicious coffee. Went back multiple times that trip and have sent others there as well. Everyone loves it.
Went back in November 2021 and just as good as I remembered. Was looking forward to getting a coffee there since the trip was booked. Looking forward to visiting again on our next trip.

Great coffee! I got the “breve” (espresso + cream + vanilla sugar free shot) But skip the sugar free syrup shots. Next time i am just getting espresso - they make their drinks way too SWEET for my liking. They even have free iced water! Nice touch!!! Super clean. Friendly! Bagels, treats etc (breakfast or brunch). Good place! Located in Amish/Mennonite area. Outdoor or indoor seating!!! BEWARE they have a “pick up window” you need to go outside around the corner to get your drink (they don’t tell you this!!!)

Such a cute little cafe! Right in the middle of Pinecraft. I’m so glad they turned this old post office into something that benefits the community. Breakfast and lunch here are delicious. The coffee is so good too! Definitely worth a stop. There’s plenty of outdoor seating and a bar area inside to work on a computer.
