What a lovely place to get breakfast/lunch in the village! They are very dog friendly too! Both times I have eaten here, a dog bowl of water was immediately brought out for the little guy. I have only every dined in their outdoor seating which is a really cute patio surrounded by trees and greenery. I would say it is a little bit pricier than the other breakfast places nearby, but they seem to have better quality, "healthier" food.

They have lots of menu options to appeal to everyone. I ordered Ashley's Avocado Toast and I really liked it! They definitely didn't skimp on the

Omg this place was soooo good! The menu has something for everyone, and it’s seriously so delicious. We got an omelette, and The Native with eggs, biscuit, fruit, turkey sausage and a side of their wavy gravy and I could literally drink that gravy all day, every day it was SO good. Tasted like authentic southern sausage gravy—you absolutely need to get it. The food came out soo quickly and the servers were super sweet and friendly. The location is also prime, and plenty of tables outside in the sunshine or shaded. 10/10 cannot wait to come back here and try more of the menu!

Nice variety of eggs Benedict choices. We had The Traveling Wilbury (turkey, generous avocado, too much bread), shrimp with spinach eggs Benedict - solid 4 stars, side of bacon (thick with spices, good add on), waffle - not my fave as I prefer fluffy, eggy, light, and this was a bit more dense like a cake donut. Service good. Good 80s classic rock music.

A superb breakfast - about 30 minutes drive from Sarasota to Siesta key. We got their chocolate chip pancake, beach smoothie (yogurt with strawberry and banana) - it is good and not too sweet, their shrimp egg benedict with side bacon is excellent. Their sg potato is so so good. They have outdoor dining and with the sun coming through is a perfect way to enjoy your breakie

Visited while at Siesta Key for the day. Menu had so many great sounding healthier options. I decided on the chicken pecan salad sandwich. It was very yummy but the portion was a bit small (slices of bread were about half a normal slice of toast). Servers were very nice and patient and ambiance outside was pleasant. No complaints but would want to try other restaurants in the area before returning

What a fantastic find! This cafe has terrific outdoor seating, under lovely trees making it decently shaded. The food was great, though some items were a little pricey, but everyone was very happy with their meals. It's on our list for the next vacation!

My wife and I were in the area for a long weekend and heard good things about Sun Garden. We came early and got a seat outside. Good experience.

Service - We were sat Promptly and received good service throughout the meal. Nothing over the top but it was consistent.

Food - I had the native and my wife had waffles. Both were good, but with my meal I got the potatoes. They were different than what I expected. They were very oily, too oily for me. I think it's one of their signature things, but wish they stick with the basics.

Overall it was a good experience. I would come

Really enjoyed brunch here on our last day in siesta 11/8/21. Lots of good options in menu and the coffee was great (cafe mocha). We had custom made omelettes (turkey, feta spinach and onion, and ham, spinach cheddar and mushrooms). We shared a Nutella French toast which was to die for. Amazing. We sat outside as the day was cooler and breezy (there are tables both inside and outside). Service was nice and parking was easy. Had everything we needed and wanted for an amazing brunch.

Delicious and great portion - we were seated quickly (no wait) on a Sunday morning and the staff was very friendly. Lots of options in the menu for a brunch place. I ended up getting the baba o Riley, an omelet that has broccoli, cheese, turkey, and basil pesto with an avocado on top. Typically omelettes make my stomach hurt, but this was a good portion and filled me up (not too full and didn't stay hungry). Would love to come again.

The food was excellent, but is practically ala carte. $15 breakfast sandwich and $16 omelette that comes with nothing is ridiculously priced. My bill for breakfast was almost $60 without tip for a breakfast sandwich, an omlette, a bowl of granola (which was good, but $12 for granola?), one coffee and one tea. When eggs and toast become as expensive as this place, it's a ripoff, I don't care how good the food is. And how cheap of them not to include any potato or fruit options with their $16 omlette that would cost $1.50 to make at home. I don't allow anything but the food to

I struggled to decide what to order originally, because the menu is huge and just about everything sounds really good! They have a ton of unique options, ranging from whole, healthy fresh foods and decadent, sugary delights. I wanted at least three of their sandwiches as well as two omelets and a baked good (or three) to go! I'm glad I settled on the Blisscuit because it really, really good. Coming from me, that says a lot.

I am an avid biscuit lover, some might even call me a biscuit connoisseur (jk) I live in Charleston, for Christ's sake and am a regular consumer of biscuit breakfast

Had the best breakfast ever here & would go back every morning if I could! I got to enjoy the classic eggs Benedict with a side of the SG potatoes. My husband got the Cajun seafood eggs Benedict which looked remarkable and he said were excellent! They had shrimp & crawfish in them. The potatoes are a yummy cheesy scalloped potato. I topped it all off with a mimosa! They had a wide variety of items on the menu & they also serve lunch. The atmosphere was chill & friendly. There is a large outdoor patio area with plenty of umbrellas to keep the sun off of you. The service was quick

Good food, i disliked heavy butter used in cooking omelet . Otherwise seemed fresh. Had to chase a staff person to get refills, our bill, then waited & waited & finally asked another staff person to cash us out so we could leave.

Went here for a quick bite on a Friday morning and was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was! We started with the coffee cake and it was so good, not too dry, and very flavorful. I had a BLT with a fried egg, arugula l, and guac. It was Delicious!! Definitely will come back the next time we’re in the area!

I decided to check this place out for breakfast after reading the reviews. And I was not disappointed! ALL of the breakfast options sounded great but I had the AM Cobbler and was just blown away. The gravy is something special. The staff was super friendly. I will be back the next time I visit Siesta Key.

This is a late post but I loved Sun Garden Cafe so much they definitely deserved a 5 star review.

We came for Mother's Day brunch and it was busy but took no longer than 30 mins to be seated. The shady trees and relaxed atmosphere was enjoyable and the freshly squeezed orange juice was amazing! I also had the iced latte which was nice and strong.

Our meals (avo on toast, chicken and waffles, pancakes) were exceptionally well made and tasty. Our waitress was friendly and personable. Can't fault a single thing and looking forward to returning.

One of the best breakfast/brunch spots in Siesta Village in Sarasota. Open until 1.30pm, so plan your time accordingly taken into consideration some waiting time if you want to be seated outside which is highly recommended for a better atmosphere.
Food is great, so is the service. My husband ordered for three consecutive days the Mississippi Queen; we were told that the chef has an authentic Belgian recipe which makes the waffle one of the best ones in the state. Totally approved.
Shrimp Benedict is one of the best Benedict's I have ever tried.
Skinny dipper is your choice if you prefer

This place serves up excellent food in a cool atmosphere with great service. In my humble opinion, you can never go wrong eating here. I have not visited recently during COVID-19 era but every time I have been I've sat out on the lovely patio. Who doesn't love dining al fresco in glorious Florida?

The Cafe is located right in Siesta Key Village so parking is adjacent but not difficult to find.

Visit and enjoy!
