Mr. Berry exceeded every expectation I had of what I thought a lawyer was going to be like and how they would carry themselves. Alex was my boyfriend’s attorney during a Vehicular assault charge. The Criminal assault case ended up dragging out for over a year due the complexity of the case. He was charged with three felonies, one misdemeanor and was facing 15 years in prison. Mr Berry was able to reach a plea bargain with the DA of five years in community corrections, which allowed him to keep his job and kept him out of prison.
