With more than 30 years of trial and litigation experience in criminal law matters, we work to spread our knowledge and learn from others of all ages! Attorney David Foley is a coach at Doherty High School in the Mock Trial program, one of the premier programs in Colorado, which has made it to the state competition almost every year.

I hired David Foley after I was appointed a court appointed lawyer that was planning on letting me go to prison, I called David and he was honest with me about what he wanted from me to take my case he gave me a great price and over a course of two months he worked hard for me! I never once didn’t get a response from him if I called or text he responded Immediately and politely answered any questions I had. He was very helpful and made me feel safe. In the end he ended up getting my case dismissed and my record sealed!!!!

This man David Foley is an absolute WARRIOR. He knows the law like a genius. He is very intellectual and has a good heart. PLUS he is very well known and connected in the judicial system. Allison Sutton was my lawyer from The Foley Law Firm and she was amazing!! She assisted me throughout my custody case and was always willing to deal with my NOT-SO cooperating EX's lawyer. She found ways to make our case easier and more ways to help me win the case and not have to deal with my ex or spend more money than I had to. At the end, my… ex cooperated and we came to an agreement. I'd like to think that it was all my lawyers doing...I wasn't the one dealing with my ex.
