Summer Running Clubs provide engagement and physical activity for youth around Genesee County, and we are therefore very excited to get back to in-person meetings with our young runners. Everyday. This program is designed for the individual who is looking to expand or continue their path to a healthy lifestyle, all year long.
The Crim staff has put together a library of virtual educational programming for you to share with the youth in your life. The little things? The little moments? They aren't so little. Join us to learn ways to grow as a mindful leader in your family, neighborhood, and wider community. Finding the right balance between activity and diet is something that we've been focused on to help the community live a healthier lifestyle.
