Hi, my name is Coach Kyle Rasmussen and I'm the owner and head fitness trainer at Rasmussen Fitness. I'm a weight loss coach that helps busy women who have been struggling with yo-yo dieting, and inconsistent habits get into the best shape of your life by utilizing nutrition, fitness, and mindset to create permanent results.
I wanted to provide a little information so that you could get to know me a little better. I've never been one to talk about myself. I always felt that if there was something important to tell, it would speak for itself. When people have to talk about themselves, I usually find there is not much there worth hearing as their attempts only cheapen their accomplishments.

This is the bread and butter of what we do at Rasmussen Fitness. This is the flagship program that we are known for. Each program is customized for the individual client to accomodate for their current level and tailored to produce maximum results in the shortest time possible. Everybody should be able to benefit from the positive life and health changes that fitness embodies.

I was never one to embrace “working out” or fitness in general for that matter.. 🤮 I never used to enjoy it...
That was until I met Kyle and started working out with him.. 🤯
I was really nervous at first but he told me to relax that he would take it nice and easy on me the first time.. 😬
It was a great workout.. challenging but doable. I really… felt accomplished afterwards and I actually had fun!! 🤗💪👌
It’s been a year now since that first day and I’ve never looked or felt better in my entire life!!
