CELEBRATING JUNETEENTH - also known as Freedom Day or Emancipation Day - Juneteenth is a holiday celebrating the emancipation of those who had been enslaved in the United States. This led to creation of Black History Month. For every jersey, bib and accessory sold Pactimo will donate $10-$40 to an organization of your choice.

Disappointing. I bought a cycling jersey but it did not fit (others of the same size from other brands have fit and according to the sizing chart this should have fit but it wasn’t even close). When I returned it under the “free return and exchange policy” I was charged a handling fee. I tried to exchange it for another size but it wasn’t available. I choose not to buy from any online retailer that advertises “free returns and exchanges” and then applies a “handling fee.”

I have bought 6 pair of bibs for myself and one for my wife. The last pair of bibs I bought showed abnormal wear. I had a series of unsatisfactory emails with Pactimo which resulted in my sending the bibs back at my expense, only to be told the best they would do is offer me replacements at 50% off retail price. They could not explain how the other bibs I had bought showed no signs or premature wear, despite being used and cared for in the exact same manner. If you have a problem, Pactimo WILL NOT stand behind their product.

I can't adequately compliment Pactimo. I bought two of their "artist series" kits. They are THE MOST comfortable kits I've worn cycling. They fit right EVERYWHERE -- and the design is beautiful while enhancing visibility.
More important for my review is the company's customer service, which is -- in a word -- remarkable. Pactimo redefines "customer SERVICE." They have a genuine desire to make customers happy -- no questions asked, no hassles. I had a small issue with one order and they were simply amazing.

I recently had the opportunity to spend some time at the Denver Studio Store to learn more about Pactimo’s line and try some of it on for sizing. This is great quality stuff, with many options, and Arianna was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about every article I saw. I highly recommend Pactimo’s clothing and - if you’re local to the Denver area - a visit to their shop is a must!

I just encountered some employees of this company. I don't know anything at all about their products, but I can tell you the people that work there are inconsiderate, rude, and lacking in any sort of common courtesy. I would never in a million years give any sort of support to a company with people like that!

Pactimo is a great company. They clothing is super comfortable and durable. They are very good at capturing every detail on custom orders. One huge plus for us is the team store feature. This makes it very easy to place bulk orders. Every individual on the team is able to have access to the store to select sizing, pay and specify where they would like the clothing mailed to.

I ride mountain bikes. Me and friends get pretty crazy and dirty. Many of us have Pactimo gear and really abuse the stuff. I want to say I've been very impressed with everything I have from them. We go to Moab, 18 Road Trails / North Fruita and this year we are headed to Cortez, CO. I'm glad I have bike gear that can handle all my falls. Great equipment I can rely on!

I'm not sure who to thank. First, my wife for getting me some bike clothes. But Pactimo for making some great stuff. I ride mountain bikes and love their shorts. I beat my stuff up pretty well and these shorts are great for rough riding and sitting comfortably. I'm looking forward to getting a jacket in the future.

I just created my first custom cycling kit with Pactimo, and I cannot overstate how pleased I am with the outcome. The quality of the kit is first-rate, and the service provided by the account manager and design team went well beyond my expectations. I cannot believe how much I got for my money! The final jerseys look absolutely amazing, and the staff helped me -- an admittedly non-artistic person -- create something fabulous and personal. I would recommend them to anyone looking to create their own custom cycling gear!

I first heard of this company when I was shown a corporate logo bike racing jersey made in bulk by Pactimo. At first glance, it was bright and colorful, something that is the opposite of what I'd ever wear, but I soon grew to appreciate the practical and thoughtful design. The 3 pockets in the back, with the opening at the top edge, is where the money's at. You don't want zippered side pockets.
