The Annual Wellness Visit is part of your health insurance benefit plan. Our office and your health insurance are working together to make sure we are aware of all of your health care needs so we can help address them and take the best care of you.
Your Primary Care Physician will utilize this time to update our medical records and notes we have about your current medical history; and make sure you are up to date with all of your test and screenings you need to stay healthy.At this visit, you will also be able to talk about things that may be concerning you we may not have discussed in the past.

Parkview Primary Care is a premier primary care practice in South Cheektowaga. We are continually growing and always looking for people that are up to the task of working in a fast-paced environment. If that is you, please look at our available openings below. We are looking to add a qualified, experienced full time LPN to our team.
We have received limited doses of the Influenza Vaccine. This will be walk in only for the flu shot. There is no need to call the office to schedule an appointment if you plan on attending the clinic. If you are unable to attend the clinic we will be scheduling additional dates in the near future. Additionally, if you have an upcoming appointment the vaccine will be available during that time.

I was 4 minutes late for my appointment I go to sign in she tells me have a seat then the receptionist are talking back and forth going are you going to tell him are you going to tell him and they're giggling laughing making jokes about it then after 10 minutes of me sitting there they send somebody from the back to tell me that they can't see me today why couldn't they just tell me that at the counter instead of giggling and laughing and saying I'm not the one who's going to tell him just totally unprofessionals

Dr Kavcic and everyone on the medical team is great when you can see them, it's just that reception does their best to stop you from doing that. I think they schedule appointments like cheap airlines sell seats. They schedule one more than they can actually see and hope that someone doesn't show up. If everyone is arriving on time they have to pick someone to kick out for no reason, so if you're not 15 minutes early then you get the boot, then they make sure you know that it's your fault and reschedule you for 3 months later. Felt kind of unprofessional.

Incredibly hard to schedule, 100 bucks for a no show, even with a call prior and they won't let you get your prescription if you have an outstanding balance. Not to mention i barely ever got to see my doctor, just the nurse everytime. I ignored the bad reviews bc it was close and convenient, but trust me. This place is Not Good.

Yes I was looking for a new pcp and this is not the place to go! $100 for a no show when I called 10min before my appt to come late. My first initial visit I saw the NP who was readily to prescribe antidepressants with no real background besides what I told her no check up no nothing. My physical was scheduled MONTHS after my initial visit. The staff aren’t the friendliest yes I wouldn’t recommend.

Does not deserve one star ! Terrible staff from the start. Check in is a joke. Had to change insurance because i was considered a "new patient " since i havnt needed any treatment in 3 yrs. Yet, the rest of the family has that insurance and they were accepted.?????????? They said the reason was that the ins co was not paying them. That is a lie ! Recently rejected my sister for same insurance reason and that forced her to get new doctor and that is a 6 week wait, awsome job doc !. The appointment secretary blabs all your info so everyone in the waiting room hears your personal info. Waiting room

This place is absolutely horrible. They claim to call you when they don't, the receptionists are the rudest people I've ever talked too, I got charged 100 bucks for a no show that they called and canceled on me...&I when I called the receptionist was again rude saying that they never called to cancel..yet I have the voicemail..not paying 100 bucks for their mistake. Also, if you have an older parent or are older please don't come here. I've witnessed them yelling at older people because they didn't understand something. Makes me sick. The doctors are nice. But when you have to communicate with

This place use to be good.... It now seems all the receptionists either hate there jobs or are just miserable all the time. The nurses as well are miserable. The drs seem to rush you through your appointment. Half the time you won't even see you primary doctor. You will see the NP. Will be looking for a new doctor.. its sad because this place at one point in my opinion a very nice place to be apart of.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!! It took 5 months to get a first appointment. Then once I arrived I waiting in the waiting room for TWO HOURS! the ladies behind the counter are miserable, rude and give attitude for doing their job. I saw the NP Ryan Taylor who was nice but rushed through the appointment. She put me on new medicine that I needed to go back and get checked to see how it's working after 4 weeks. The miserable receptionist told me they only have an appointment for either a week and a half later (not long enough for the meds to take effect). Or two months later (too long to wait
