I couldn’t be more disgusted with this group. I had an appointment as a new patient, despite my better thinking, for over 2 months. I questioned my decision based on my mom’s terrible experience with Arthur Mash and his demeaning and patronizing ways, but really needed a PC and thought at least it’s a way in to move around. I got an email the day before my appt as a reminder…ok maybe this won’t be so bad. When I showed up at 8am on the dot I was told that my appt had been canceled and there wasn’t one person in the office who could tell me why or find a way to reschedule.I believe I

This place is awful. I could name many reasons, but here are a few: 1) they nickel and dime you. I was billed $70 for my annual physical because I mentioned that I’ve had reflux symptoms since the previous year. They performed no additional services but stated that it was outside of the scope of a physical. 2) the staff is rude and talk about their patients behind their backs. E.g.: they were calling one lady who has tumors on her spine “crazy fever lady”. 3) it’s nearly impossible to get through to a human on the phone. 4) you’re just a number there and not treated like a patient. Regarding physicians assistant Danielle Taylor:
Extremely unprofessional and demeaning. She called me in the phone after I didn't even realize I'd missed an appointment with the pharmacist. I tried to apologize for missing an appointment after spending the last 3 days moving my disabled mother from another city, Ive been overwhelmed... but of course should've cancelled and forgot... I felt bad and immediately expressed my apologies, she cut me off multiple times and told me not to apologize and I should be apologizing to myself and then told me I was wasting the pharmacists time when I missed

I’ve been with my OB/GYN for over 20 years. Unfortunately because I was 17 minutes late for an appointment they would not see me. I understand scheduling and I would not have been late if it was avoidable. I am truly disappointed especially since 3 weeks prior I had an appointment and had to wait over 1 1/2 hours to be seen. This is truly making me reconsider my association with my long term doctor if joining this office takes away from the personal aspect this may not be the place for me.

Telephone staff is regularly rude and unprofessional; makes calls with the intent of leaving messages the customer won't be able to return, as they switch their phones over at 4pm, yet they called me at 4:03pm.
Office manager doesn't take complaints seriously, doesn't follow through with promised actions, and blames staff's unprofessional behavior on the customer - and admits to directing staff to behave unprofessionally.

Their nurse Bobby is super rude when trying to have your medical questions answered.
I was on a certain medication prescribed by another dr that helped me and they took me off of it and refuse to put me back on it despite my side effects coming back. When I try to make an appointment they rather play phone tag with the nurse and when I’d rather talk to the dr. they make me come in for a prescription refill!

I just switched from Highgate Medical where I had been a patient for the better part of 22 years. I switched because of some specific issues for the past 3 years, went in for several appointments with different PAs, and they weren't "hearing" me.
My OB/GYN recommended Dr. Kremer, (at my request when telling her I wanted to switch PCP). I went in and saw Dawn Dolan, PA - - and loved her! She *listened* to what I was saying and then actually left to get some paperwork, came back in, administered a few questionnaires and we went from there. Prescribed a different type of med and I'm noticing a marked

If I could do 0 stars I would. I love my doctor she’s not the problem, it’s the office staff/receptionists they have there. They are always rude on the phone, never relay any messages, and in person they are even worse. I went in for a private matter and the receptionist checking me in literally shouted why I was there practically on the top of her lungs like are you kidding me I’m so glad this WHOLE place knows why I’m here. These people are absolutely ridiculous.
