DO NOT JOIN THIS FRANCHISED OFFICE.. I was forced to change to this office in orchard park after my Doctor (NP) Chuck Burns closed his office and moved to this practice. They assigned me to a new doctor, in which I had no say or choice. Suchitra Koneru. She is the worst doctor I have ever had in my 40 plus years. I have high blood pressure and Dr. Burns and I were together for 10 years and have adjusted the plan together. The 1st time I had a consultation with Koneru, she suggested I go to a psychiatrist for my anxiety and tried to change up my medications???? I disagreed and she wrote me a letter

Don't get sick!! They will repeatedly turn you away to get Covid tested and cancel your appointments. If you are sick and use after hour services don't expect a phone call back. Your medication may or may not be called in to pharmacy depending on your priority level to doctor. Glad, I changed a doctor I've been with my entire life to be closer to home only to receive care from Doctor's that don't care. Fun office. Thanks for the experience.

I saw Dr. Armstrong at the Orchard Park location. She was nice overall.
I had a major issue with the receptionist. I called and made an appointment for a routine annual physical. I was a new patient and my insurance covers physicals. I provided my cards, was told I didn't have a copay, then in the next breath, was told I owed a $25 co-pat because new patients have to have a consultation with the doctor and go over meds and others issues. Well I didn't have an issues, I made the appointment for a physical. I was told this is company policy. I've had the same insurance insurance years, never heard

Very down to earth Dr. She is loving, caring, very on top of her game. Will take the time with all her patients, very patient. I transfered to her after many doctors had failed me and dismissed my health problems, she got to the bottom of it and I have surgery next week.. I t egg yely owe her my life

Was hired, was supposed to start the following week. Told them I needed the first week off in October as I had no one to watch my baby that week and I told them weeks in advance to the dates I needed off. Postponed my start date and was told I was going to get a call to discuss. Messaged the main lady assuming I didn’t have the job anymore. Also job posting was in the OP location but wasn’t told until hire that trainings all the way at head quarters in NF. Would not recommend this place to go to or work at they seem very unorganized and not pleasant.

If you want a doctor who never there and always has a no fill in this is the place for. Don't plan on ever seeing your assigned doctor unless its your first visit. They charge for stuff that wasn't done give no help with medical concerns that you bring up frequently and then drop you from their care when u get upset that they haven't helped. Not to mention the gossip that goes on with the nurses talking to each other about patients. They take a oath to help you but care more about your 20 dollar copay than whats wrong.

This guy is a crook. Office staff continuously makes me appointments I have no idea about, then charges me for not showing up to their self created appointments after receiving NO appointment reminders as any other competent doctor's office would. Not only that, he doesn’t even notify me when they are charging me for missing the fake appointments. The first notice I receive is from the collections agency. STEER CLEAR of this office. Disgusting behavior here.

Dr. Vincent Lee has been the best doctor I have ever had by far. He is compassionate and takes the time to listen to my issues and has been instrumental in helping treat a chronic pain condition that I have. He is also not a doctor who is quick to start you on medication that you don't need, and is willing to support holistic, life style changes, and natural remedies first. This man listened to me when many other doctor refused to, he has changed my life and I appreciate all the hard work he and his staff do each day!

I recently switched from a pediatrician to Dr. Annemarie Laurri or as they addressed her before, Dr. Banister. And I've never had a more pleasant experience with a doctor before. I used to have a phobia of doctors as the one i attended before made me highly uncomfortable but She makes doctor visits for me more enjoyable and makes it much more comfortable for me and has a much better approach towards my health and well being than my previous doctor. The staff is so warm and welcoming upon arrival and the nurses are very kind as well. i couldn't stress my recommendation anymore for Dr. Banister as
