How well your bicycle fits you determines a lot. It can mean the difference between comfort and pain, fast and slow, safe and unsafe. Proper fitting starts with selecting the right size bike frame. Most of our bikes are not one-size-fits-all, but rather, come in different frame measurements to help you obtain the best overall fit.

Rides require, at minimum, an appropriate bike in good working order, water, and a helmet. We suggest a spare tube, energy food, maybe a little cash in case we stop, and your biggest smile! Many rides are held subject to weather. It's a good idea to confirm dates, time and any specific requirements, too.

Guy with long dark beard and tats was extremely rude. Right as covid started none of the employees had masks on and my father and i went in to BUY a MOUNTAIN BIKE and he yelled at my father for not having his mask above his nose and he can’t because he has copd (breathing problems) and when my dad tried to explain it to him he told us to get out of the store. Then my dad asked why none of them had masks and he said “well we’re behind the desk” good one dude. That guy is very rude and unprofessional, doesn’t even try to help you, i got a new bmx bike and didnt know anything about them

Very unhappy with my experience. I had emailed Mike to discuss a warranty issue I had with my daughter's bike (which I did not purchase there). I we discussed that he could take care of it within the $30 the manufacturer had allotted me. When I got there, they were rude, condescending, bike snobs; talking down to me and trying to rip me off. They told me the bike would need a full $52 tune-up - despite having never been ridden. Their rate for mechanic work is $1/min, but I can't see how a seasoned bike mechanic would need 52 minutes to fix a brand new out-of-the box bike, even if you did need to

There is NO OTHER bike stores one needs to visit except for Green Mountain. Been doing business here for years and used them buy several bikes, service is top notch, accessories are plentiful. Mike, Zach, Goodie, Kirk and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable, patient, eager to help! I and you will feel like a part of the family. Endorse them highly!

At 63 years of age, I had done a lot of research on low step bikes with disc brakes and had narrowed it down to getting either a Trek (1st choice) or Cannondale. I was glad to see Green Mountain listing their bikes coming in by week on their website. When I saw the model I had thought would be a perfect fit (the Verve 2) I drove out to their shop at lunch and took it for a quick spin. They installed a rack on the rear of the bike and delivered it to my house later that same day both at no additional charge. They are a great group of guys and are very knowledgeable AND patient. I love the bike!

During covid I have searched and searched for a bike. Green Mountain was so kind to put their soon to be delivered bikes on their site. I called and paid for it and got in within a few days! They were amazing at pick up and even installed a cup holder for me. I really appreciate everything and would highly recommend them.

UPDATE: Just bought bike 5.....The service is still fantastic. They sold my 2 year old Cannondale on EBay for me and I received a fair price for it. I am VERY please with all my dealings with Green Mountain.................................................................................................
