I will try to make this short and sweet. I was promised $950 to transport car from California to Midwest. In the contract it says my authorization would be required if the cost was higher, which our contact person, Matthew, never contacted us to let us know the cost is $350 more! What do you do when the driver calls you the day before and says you need to have $1,150 in cash ready for him to delivery your car? We've called and left messages for Matthew to call us and he has never did. We felt like we were lied to and this a scam.

I luckily read their reviews and their names were all over for these scams.

They were extremely rude kept hanging up the phone on me then ended up blocking me all together. I was nothing but nice and just needed some information. They then started lying to me telling me I’m going to have to pay “x” amount of money to get them to just take my card information off. Keeping in mind I signed NO contracts and they had done nothing with me or my car so at that point they were annoyed with me and decided telling me to pay money instead of actually helping. THE WORST COMPANY I have ever spoken with not just a transport company but overall THE WORST COMPANY PERIOD.

This company charged my card today to pick my car up when I authorized my pick up on Aug 23 rd where I was promised a driver then. Called on the 8 th and said that I wanted my card off file. Was told that Matthew would remove my card.
Today is the 15th and I was charged a fee to get my car picked up and did not authorize it. It. I have receipts of everything.

Absolute joke ! These people will string you along with some low bid for weeks ! They say they’ll have a driver in 72 hours but this will never happen ! 1 week later I called and they said the cannot find a driver even at a higher cost.They ask if you want to pull the car from there board and after you both agree, 2 weeks later they charge you $150 ! I’ve contacted BBB and State attorney general ! These guys need to be shutdown ! Absolute crooks !

Matt is a smooth talker. He called me directly. I answered, and when I told him I wasn't ready to decide on a broker yet (I had a pile of emails, texts and quotes to go through) He said they could just get it listed so we could at lease see what happens. I would just need to give him my CC info in case they found a driver and needed to act fast. I expressed my concern about giving the CC info up front but Matthew put me at ease by stating I could cancel my listing at any time if I decided to go with someone else, and that I would not be charged until they had a driver already lined up

Company is very unresponsive. Basically stole my money. Has threatened me that if I call back asking for my money again he will charge me double the amount charged. Has blocked all my numbers everywhere. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! Owner has no customer service at all. All what he cares about is his money. I needed my pickup truck shipped from Arizona to Florida, and I couldn't stand the big name transporters blowing up my phone all day with different drivers and quotes.
I called Andrei at ANM and he got straight to the point. He was a pleasure to talk to and work with via email and phone calls. When the original shipment was delayed due to some vehicle issues, Andrei got me on a new truck the same day! His prices are the best out there, and he is extremely experienced and reliable.
I would definitely recommend using ANM auto!

They are a scam! I was asked for a credit card number to secure the, "Brokers fee" which would be charged upon a reply email stating I agreed with the terms and conditions. The price quoted by Mathew was $800 to ship my vehicle. On the day of agreed pick up of the vehicle, I was told that the driver now wants $1400! They are a scam! Avoid them so that what happened to me does not happen to you!!

I booked a transport for my daughter's car with Jessica, she was super friendly and helpful, but that is where it stops. After I signed the contract, booked an confirmed EVERYTHING, price was agreed on everything was good. The very next day, my daughter gets a phone call from Matt stating the price is changed because the "driver cancelled" my daughter called me to tell me and I said I would find out what's going on. Beware of this company they are brokers who will lie and steal money from you. They will say they will hold your credit card number and will not use it unless they move your vehicle and they will keep offering you double amount from what you signed for. I waited a month and they did not deliver my vehicle and then they fraudulent charge my visa with the service they did not do.

Matt and Frank are con artists. Do not work with them. After waiting weeks for them to pick up my vehicle I emailed them to cancel. Weeks later I found another company that did an excellent job. Then after another week goes by ANM Transport charged my credit card. I never signed a contract with them. When I called ANM to dispute the charge they just hangup the phone. I have called the bank and luckily they are opening a fraud investigation.

So far completely unimpressed. They had one of the lower quotes so I went with them. They said they would find a shipper within three days. On day six they told me the only shipper they could find would do it, but it was gonna be $150 more than the original cost. I was originally quoted $400. I'm now paying $550. These guys are dirtbags. They give you a low price to get you committed and then they bumpup the price once you're in a bind. Stay away from these guys, they should be embarrassed of their work.

After dealing with several companies that flaked out on us, we went with Andre at A&M transport. He responded very quickly, was able to get the car hauled away within 48 hours of the request. It arrived at our destination quickly. He checked in with us throughout the process, excellent communication. He even jumped in the car when the battery was found dead. Would definitely recommend this service provider for hauling your vehicle.

Matthew and Frank work their butt off to make sure you have a good experience. They were able to fill my order and get 2 vehicles shipped for a very fair price and got them both on the same truck. I was impressed because of how hard they worked even when there was some miscommunication between the pick up company they got on the horn and made it right. I will definitely be using ANM again in the future. Car was picked up on tuesday by transport company and delivered thursday. The price was the same amount we had agreed upon and no surprises.
