Peter and his father are wonderful to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable, review every detail thoroughly, and are always responsive regardless of the day and time. Peter Miranda, III represented us during the sale of our old house and purchase of our new house. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and helpful throughout the process. Peter worked well with our realtor, mortgage broker and other attorneys to ensure the transactions closed without issue. Our transactions were complex and took place while we were expecting, and shortly after having, our newborn baby. Given this timing, the experience could have been very stressful for us. We just purchased a home with a short closing window and Peter was amazing throughout the whole process. He was quick to respond and made all of the daunting paperwork make sense.
