To file for divorce in Massachusetts you need to bring the marriage certificate or a certified copy to the Probate and Family Court in your county. Attorney Nissenbaum was a terrific find for me! His advice always spot on. I’ve had to deal with my ex-wife on several post divorce issues and have always paid more for results that went against me. Finally with Attorney Nissenbaum, I’ve gotten a lawyer who enabled me to be successful. I only wish I had had him for representation from the start! I hired Wyckoff to assist with litigious and complex post-divorce matters. When I hired him, I was working with another firm, but nothing was happening and I didn't see the case moving forward. Immediately Wyckoff put together a detailed action plan to accomplish my goals. My ex-spouse refused to cooperate throughout the process, lied to the Court and other third parties. This did not prevent Wyckoff and his team from uncovering the truth and successfully completing the action plan.
