Services
Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services: Our hospital is equipped to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to care for your cats' complete health care needs. Surgical Services: Dr. Tice has over 15 years of experience with laser surgery. Our state-of-the-art surgical suite provides for the performance of a wide variety of surgical procedures.
Dr. T. is a 1991 graduate of Cornell University Veterinary College. She has limited her practice to cats since 1995. She has more than sixteen years of experience with laser surgery and excels at the laser declaw procedure.
She is a member of the American Veterinary Medicine Association, the North Carolina Veterinary Medical Association, the Veterinary Surgical Laser Society, the American Association of Feline Practitioners and the Cornell Feline Health Center.Dr. Tice loves cats and their owners! She currently shares her home and her life with one human named Dan and two kitties: Barry and Squid.

After Lukaas' passing, we were all very sad and it was hard to come in every morning and not have Lukaas there to greet us. Dr. Tice went over to Safe Haven and Boone was one of the kitties she met that day. It didn't take long to realize that he would be a perfect fit. Boone is very sweet and LOVES attention.
How far in advance do I need to schedule an appointment? Scheduling in advance guarantees more flexibility for your own schedule, so call us to set an appointment as soon as you know you need one. Generally, we schedule surgeries and grooming on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings. Do you take walk-ins?
Dr. Tice has over 25 years of experience with laser surgery and is a member of the Veterinary Surgical Laser Society. One major benefit of laser is that there is minimal to no bleeding when most incisions are made. This provides both a very clean surgical field as well reduced blood loss to the patient.

Dr. Tice and the vet staff here have done a wonderful job handling and caring for my very anxious kitty, Snuggles and his sister, Luna. Snuggles has been through a lot in the last month and they have been incredibly helpful and supportive along the way. Though he’s not very nice to them when he visits, they do a great job accommodating him. Everyone is knowledgeable and they have great tips/advice for any cat situation you may encounter. Highly recommended!

I was looking for a new vet for my cat as her previous vet was unreliable. I searched for vets with good reviews on Google and this clinic had some relatively good reviews. So I went ahead and called this clinic and left a message, explicitly stating in my message that my cat needs help and to please call me back, They NEVER called me back and that tells me that this place IS UNRELIABLE AND NOT WORTH ANYONE'S BUSINESS. They could have at least called me back knowing that I was worried and needed help. If they can't even have the courtesy to call me back, then they do NOT deserve to be patronized

They are very caring about your cat. Very accommodating with appointments. Easy in and out. I dropped my car off curbside, waited in my car about 15-20 minutes while they did the exam and services and was on my way home. Great service and follow up the next day. The vet takes all the time you need to discuss your pet.

Dr. Tice is extremely helpful in answering questions and having multiple solutions if one seems to not work. For my cat Coco, they checked up multiple days following the appointment to make sure she was improving. They really seem to care and everyone is very polite and like I said, Dr. Tice is very reliable!!

Dr. Tice and team are family to me. My old cat passed at 14 years old. Dr. Tice a year later had taken in a Momma and three beautiful boy kittens. She put the family up for adoption. I was very sad and missed my cat. Said I would not have another. So as God does for me, I decided to pay Dr Tice a visit. To thank her for helping me with PJ and main reason to play with the cats in the office. Lol. When she saw me she smiled and took me to see the little family. I adopted Chevy. He is saving all of us now for 8 years by being one of the sweetest boy kitties I've ever known. He is retired now with

I am so thankful to your clinic staff and especially Dr. Tice. My mother has had several wonderful cats (that she adopted through your clinic-Whimsy, Willie and Hope) Both the cats and my parents have received wonderful care and professionalism from Dr. Tice and the wonderful staff. When it came time to euthanize the elderly cats, you held my Mom's hand and shared in her grief. This means more than you can ever know. Thank you!
