All White Stake & Pole tents contain center poles and a vinyl white tent top that follows a straight roof line. The 10x10 is the smallest of canopy coverage that we offer. Baker Party Rental, where our goal is to make your events truly memorable. Steve Baker started Baker Party Rental over 40 years ago, working out of his garage with one tent. Today, he has over 200 tents of all shapes, sizes and colors. Steve continues to work on site, making sure that quality and safety are top priority at all events.
Are you looking for a cost effective way to cover your event from nature but still stay under budget? A canopy my be your ideal solution. So you've got a roof and walls to cover your event, now how about getting the right floor under those feet. Linens can make an event go from generic to exceptional.

We offer linens in polyester which is a standard material in the industry as well as all different options of specialty linen fabrics including but not limited to Sparkle Organza, Embroidered Organza, Poly Satin, Pintuck, Iridescent Crush, Taffeta, Spandex, Check, Cow Print, and Burlap.
Baker Tent & Party Rental's office and warehouse is located in Grand Rapids so any delivery in the city of Grand Rapids is considered local to us and is charged a standard $80 for delivery. We are happy to deliver outside of Grand Rapids as well, the delivery charge is based off of the mileage to city we are delivering to.
From time to time equipment gets worn out or damaged and we have to clear way for new stuff. When this happens we list things here for sale to the public. Items can be inspected but must be done by appointment only during Baker's business hours. You are welcome to call our offices at (616) 454-8505 to make an appointment.

We reserved a tent and some other items (tables, chairs, dance floor, lights, linens, etc.) from Baker Tent Rental for our wedding back in July. It was AMAZING, the most beautiful set up. We had to change our order of what we needed during the planning process several times, and they were SO helpful and understanding every time we changed things around. These are a few pictures of our tent and some other items we rented from them...one picture before the ceremony and one after the reception.

Baker Tent and Party Rental was fantastic. We had a unique situation where our event did not have a concrete date, but Baker was ready at a moment’s notice to help us out with a tent, tables, and linens for 110 guests. Their staff was incredible; they were helpful and efficient while setting up in our work parking lot. The family we hosted the event for was very happy and impressed with the full set up; it was beyond their expectations. A huge thank you to Evelynn and Brian for working with us so quickly and efficiently.

The rentals were exactly as described and perfect for our event, of course we had to leave right away for our honeymoon and left the clean up to some family. When Baker found out that the return would be difficult because of some family health issues they volunteered to pick up for free, and we cannot thank them enough.

First time renting from them and will not do it again. They delivered my order but incorrect count and I was left to deal with a lot less chairs than I ordered and paid for 30 min before the event. Customer service is very poor, got defensive and did not want to acknowledge the mistake. Also could not rectify the damage and inconvenience this caused me.

Hi I am A big fan of Baker tent rental. As a customer for over 10 years I have counting on them to supply linens, tables, and chairs for all of my events.Usually it has been for Christmas and Thanksgiving but it also has been for graduations as well. They deliver as promised and pick up quickly after the event. And you know that timeliness is HUGE when you're planning a party!!
Their prices are reasonable and they do have a wide selection.

Absolutely love Baker Rental. They're always quick to get back to me about availability, pricing and delivery. They're also very awesome about reminding you that you have items to pick up and they'll stay past open hours to ensure you have what you need.
Feedback; We rented quite a bit this past weekend for our wedding and had help loading up our vehicles (which was very awesome) but dropping off this morning was a chore. Unfortunately, none of the warehouse crew was available to assist in bringing in items. Needless to say, I got my workout in this morning

Baker staff is extremely detail oriented and the service is tiptop! They provided tents, chairs, tables and linens for my husband's birthday party. The tent was perfect and kept our guests comfortable and dry. The linens were colorful and fun. Delivery and pickup was on time. I am very satisfied with Baker.

Delivery people we so rude. They never came back to pick up the rentals at the time agreed upon then when they finally did come get them the next day they forgot the linens and I dropped them off myself. When I explained what happened I didn't even get an apology. Just simply "well if you would have called we would have came and got them" really? When? The next day? Don't use this place they are unbelievably rude.
