True Taylor rental did an amazing job when we worked with them. We had them bring the chairs for our wedding at a Country Club with a pretty narrow window for setup and takedown and they did everything flawlessly. I never even saw them on the wedding day, they worked with the wedding coordinator and got everything just the way we wanted before we even made it to the ceremony site to check on things.

Not a very helpful place. I have a out of state id. Went to rent a equipment trailer. You said id and credit card. Brought that. Then it was oh no out of state id beside the trailer is now broke. You didnt have to lie and say that the trailer is broke. All you had to say is we don't do out of state id. Don't recommend this place at all. This was the store manager that said this. Just know you may get lied too.

We rented a tent, tables, and chairs from Taylor True Value, and we were very impressed with their service and willingness to work with us about dates and numbers. They delivered tents to two different locations at the time promised and with great detail. All the people I worked with were helpful and did exactly what I requested. Even the setup guys were reliable and courteous. Thank you!

Taylor Rental was incredibly helpful during our entire wedding planning process. We were originally having our wedding in a different location and then Covid caused us to move it. We were out of their normal radius but Taylor Rental accommodated us and brought all of our tent supplies to our new spot. Every single person I talked with were patient and kind. If you are looking for a vendor that truly cares about their customer’s experience they are the people to work with!

I used Taylor Rental for my daughter’s wedding. They were amazing to work with. From my first phone call to the many other calls I made, they were always super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure the tents and everything else I rented, were exactly what I wanted and needed for our outdoor space. This is a great company and I would highly recommend them.

WOW. Taylor Rental was referred to us by our wedding planner for tent, table, and heater rentals and we were SO IMPRESSED. James met us for our site visits and had the most positive, can-do attitude.
