I couldn't have been more disappointed in my experience with Adrien. I knew I wasn't going to get warm and fuzzies with her, but never expected every interaction to be just a business transaction for her (you can't do that in the wedding industry, it's too personal). I hired a wedding planner because I needed one - while planning our third wedding, thanks COVID - and it felt she did as little as possible to help us. Our "day of" package included support starting 6 weeks out - not only did she wait until then to contact us (for a call the following week - shorting us a week), but she also tried

I cannot recommend RSVP Events enough. Adrien (and RSVP events) will make your wedding day 100% better than you can imagine. It was so nice to have package options of how involved we wanted to be. Adrien helped us in so many ways. With having to change the venue 3 months before the wedding day, Adrien rolled with the punches and gave us the best advice. She was so professional and extremely fast with responding to emails. She was honest when we couldn’t make a decision (which was often). She made everything run smoothly the day of. Wow. Adrien was *fantastic* and we can't recommend her highly enough. She had the entire day fully under control, and my wife and I were able to just relax and enjoy the show. In addition to the amazing planning, Adrien responded immediately to any unplanned minor hiccups both quickly and effectievly. When our son and his fiancée first started planning their wedding, we told them step #1 was to hire Adrien and RSVP. She helped with our daughter's wedding in 2018, and we don't want to do a wedding without her. Adrien was absolutely amazing!! She was with me every step of the way throughout the planning process and the entire wedding weekend. An absolute dream to work with and I will recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner. I did not have a positive experience working with RSVPs new owner, Adrien Harding. Our wedding was not treated with the same care and dedication as it had been when Lori was the lead coordinator with RSVP. We booked with RSVP when Lori was the lead coordinator in February of 2016 and throughout the planning Lori went above and beyond the call of duty. Unfortunately that care did not continue with Adrien. Details that Adrien assured would be handled on the day of the wedding were neglected, leaving our families to pick up the slack instead of enjoying the festivities.
