In the late 1970's, Emory "Wayne" Rodgers started out as a self-employed paint contractor. While still in high school Patrick "Andy" Rodgers worked on weekends, learning the painting business.
After graduating from high school Andy started working with his father full-time. They joined forces and formed a corporation, taking Rodgers & Son Painting Contractors, Inc. to new levels. Since the passing of Wayne Rodgers, Andy has assumed the positions of President and Lead Estimator for the company.
