In many cases you will need to have a general anaesthetic for your operation. Some operations are undertaken with a 'pain block' in the foot and sedation given into a vein. In other cases, the surgery will be undertaken under local anaesthetic. The nature of the anaesthesia will be discussed with you before the surgery, by both the surgical team and the anaesthetist.

Dr. Jam operated on my ruptured left Achilles tendon (full rupture at that, I landed on someone's foot while playing basketball) and has truly healed and nursed me through the the long process of recovery. I am now 4 months post surgery and Dr. Jam still has the same care and attention that as he did the first day I met him. I have experienced minimal swelling through the process as well! Without a doubt, if you have any kind of injury to your ankle or foot, please go see Dr. Jam!

Fantastic experience with Dr. Alfandari. He was caring, skillful and patient - what more can you ask for in a physician. The procedure itself was - literally - painless. Dr. Ronny Alfandar is a really cool doctor. He thoroughly explained the lasik procedure and I'm looking forward to seeing the results.
It would have been a perfect experience however the parking situation in this medical tower is the worst I have ever experienced. It took over thirty minutes to receive my car from their valet. Note to self...Uber it next time.

Dr. Ronny has been helping me with my foot problem. He recommended some custom orthotics for my shoes. They really helped reduce the pain level. His office staff has been really helpful with working with my insurance company. Everything has been a smooth process. Dr. Ronny gave me his honest opinion about my situation. Even though I live really far away I will always come to him for my foot and ankle problems.

I had two surgeries with Dr. Jamshidinia on my foot, the first was a bunionectomy and the second was to remove the hardware he had placed in there. The first surgery was a very difficult and painful recovery, so painful I went to an orthopedic surgeon to see if I needed to have something done for it and he suggested to me that the surgery that had been performed was not the most optimal for my situation. My big toe was the problem but since surgery with Dr. Jamshidinia my ankle has been giving me problems. Now for why I am writing this review.... I went back to Dr. Jamshidinia for him to remove

Dr. Jam and his staff are top notch. Everyone in his office is so nice and helpful. Dr. Jam performed bunion surgery on both of my feet, which seemed scary initially, but he made me comfortable and answered the many questions I had. After each procedure, he was always available by text if I had any questions about bandaging or the healing process in general. I would highly recommend him to anyone with foot issues, large or small!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Had the pleasure of working with Dr Kamran Jamshidinia on my Mom's case. He was the 3rd specialist that reviewed my Mom's condition. All previous Dr's recommend some type of procedures that could be risky considering my Mom's medical condition. After extensive examination Dr Kamran Jamshidinia recommend special shoes and insert for her condition. It has been few weeks since my Mom is using these new shoes and her condition has drastically improved. I don't know how to thank Dr Kamran Jamshidinia and his team for the amazing job they have performed for my Mom. Thank you!

Never did I think that having to be seen for an Ingrown toe nail would be so pleasant. I was in pain and was extremely nervous but Dr. Jamshidinia made me feel so comfortable. He made the experience very pleasant and shared his knowledge on how to avoid ingrown toe nails. Dr. Jamshidinia is so educated and full of knowledge and I highly recommend him for any of your foot problems. I highly doubt that you will not find a Podiatrist that will above and beyond like Dr. Jamshidinia!

I went to see Dr. Alfandari for a scar that I have on the bottom of my foot that I've had ever since I was small and was very painful. He explained to me why I had pain and recommended topical for the scarring. (Which has been helping) As well as tips on how to treat the slight athletes foot I have. He was amazing and so friendly as well as the staff! They were all very courteous and informative. If you ever have any foot issues the doctors at Tower Foot and Ankle Surgery are the ones to see! They are so full of knowledge and help feel your feet feel so much better. I am thankful and grateful

The severe sprain to my left foot was not getting better after 4 days of visiting Kaiser Urgent Care. I left a message for my primary care physician at Kaiser to call me back... still waiting for a return call.

I found them on groupon, and purchased a package for laser treatment on my infected nails.
My nails had been very bad for many years, so I knew that it was a really a long shot to think that just one laser treatment would fix it. The price was so reasonable that I figured I'd try anyway.
It was easy to book an appointment with them for the following week.
The staff here are so warm and welcoming! I actually find myself looking forward to seeing all of them when I go in.

Dr. Jamshidinia is GIFTED. Combine that with CARING & PASSIONATE and you get a doctor that will take care of you like you are family every time. I am a physician myself, and when I was sitting in his office and he was explaining my problem and taking time to give me details about how to treat (all with a smile). I was reminded how in these days of assembly line medicine the ART OF HEALING is a gift, and a talent that some posses and a few passionately develop.

He made me custom foot orthotics as I have had problems with painful flat feet all my life.. He assured me that he could help. I'm so lucky to have had care from him as not only is he a good doctor but he really cares about you as though you are his only patient. I noticed many of the other reviewers had made similar comments about him. Highly recommend Dr Jam and this practice.
Beautiful high tech office as well.

This office is immaculate! Staff is professional, and extremely friendly. I have been to both Dr. Jamshidinia and Dr. Alfandari - they are each exceptional. I care a great deal about my foot health, as the whole body can be impacted by poor feet. So, I value my feet a great deal - and there is no place I would trust more with this very critical part of my health care.
In addition, they are really on top of things here. State of the art equipment, and leaders in utilizing innovative products and procedures. If medicine has found a new way to treat, or a better therapy, you can count on this office

I came to this office because of a referral from my primary care physician. I was referred to Dr. Jamshidinia, but he wasn't available so I saw Dr. Alfandari. First time patients have to fill out extensive paperwork on an iPad. You have to take a selfie of yourself on the iPad so they can recognize you I guess. I heard some offices are starting to do it, but I just think it's weird.
After filling out the paperwork, the receptionist said I would owe for the office visit up front. This was wrong. I have an HSA account and I don't have to pay a penny until that runs out. Basically
