My Sisters Cottage is located on the beautiful Yuba River Scenic Byway, Highway 49, in the rugged Tahoe National Forest. We are just twelve miles from Downieville, at the South base of the Sierra Buttes. Our rooms and the massage spa are open all year. Accommodations can be made for small family gatherings or special events/occasions.

My sisters and I were born right after World War II, officially making us baby boomers. Since we were born close together in 1945, 1946 and 1947 we always had a tight bond between us. We do have two brothers born five and seven years later. They are wonderful guys but are, after all, only baby brothers.
When you book all four rooms for the weekend or week, you will have complete access to this room. It has a complete kitchen for cooking all your meals (continental breakfast not included in this offer). All the outdoor areas are available for your group. Better than renting a vacation home, because you will have the comfort and privacy of your own rooms.
When you make your vacation reservations (whether with us or one of our neighbors) be sure to also book your massage. Schedule in advance for early morning and evening appointments to suit your schedule. All massage sessions are private and include aromatherapy and hot pack treatment for your hands and feet.
