Just in case you didn't know, there are exactly two restaurants on Treasure Island. The newer one is Mersea which offers panoramic views of the city from converted shipping containers (review: https://bit.ly/3IXbxtR). This restaurant was pretty well hidden behind a tall hedge across from an athletic field. I made a couple of wrong turns before I found it, and it was a surprising to see such a well-appointed interior space with a fireplace, fully stocked bar, and a large inviting terrace.
I sat outside and was immediately impressed with the tempting menu (photo: https://bit.ly/3sjGIci). I

The place has great atmosphere, design and food. Unfortunately today the atmosphere was somewhat spoiled by a nearby music festival and by the fact that the restaurant was moving furniture to prepare for a wedding. Our greatest disappointment however was the complete lack of gluten free options for celiacs. Several items on the menu could easily be made gluten free with small changes and I hope the restaurant will consider doing that.

Great food and atmosphere!
A special place on Treasure Island.
I have been going here for years since they opened.
Luckily I found it because of working on the island.
I found a jazz band playing a couple of weekends ago and loved it!
Added a picture of an opened empanada with the chimichurri sauce!

There are two main reasons why I am giving a 2 star to this place.
1. The hostess is very inconsiderate. She made us sit under the sun without a shade after being 15 mins late from our reservation. It was a low table and could not enjoy at all with my dog being very active with the food being accessible in a low table
2. The prices are crazy. They gave 16 thin slices of fruit for $10. This is a different level of price gorging in the bay...
This is a large detour anyhow and you can skip this place for many other much better ones in the city or in the east bay.

Food 8/10
Service 9/10
Ambiance 9/10
Drinks 8/10
Wow this is definitely a hidden gem! I ordered the bass dish and it was absolutely delicious. It was a perfect balance of flavors which allowed me to almost finish this large plate in one sitting. Because the flavors all paired nicely I felt like for every bite I was trying to get a little bit of everything on my fork.
This place gave me European dining vibes. Not only were we seated outdoors comfortably in a spacey courtyard, but there were heaters to keep us warm throughout the night. I'd highly recommend coming for a date night

From start to finish, we had an amazing lunch at Aracely Cafe today. I made a reservation and had to change it in the car from 11:45-12:15 due to traffic. We were seated outside with no issue when we got there. Our awesome server Gaby (with one b) was at our table within minutes to give us water and take our drink order. The drinks came quickly and the dirty chai and adult beverage (I forgot the name) were both SOOOOOOOOOO yummy!
We ordered:
Breakfast Sandwich 10/10 - the potatoes were SOOOOOOO good! I initially thought it was really small and was not what I was expecting, but it was a perfect

What a gem!!!!! Who knew there was this little piece of heaven hidden in all the construction on Treasure Island. It had beautiful seating areas both indoor and outdoor. While our drinks were fairly basic, we noticed some pretty gorgeous drinks being served at the other tables. The food was delicious. I wish I had ordered the yellow tail salad and I almost stayed and ordered just because it looked so fabulous. I love how the staff worked as a team so they both checked on us and made conversation. We very much enjoyed our brunch and wish we lived closer to visit more often.

Amazing food and also great venue for events!
We chose Aracely Cafe for our covid wedding (after we had some issues with our first vendor and wanted to switch), Linda was flexible, accommodating and super communicative throughout the whole process. Their venue is stunning, great place for both our ceremony and reception. Lety the on-site manager was on-point throughout the whole wedding day and even had special surprises for the groom and me (bride) tailored specifically for us.
I couldn't have been happier with how the whole wedding weekend turned out, and would definitely recommend

A Wonderful Secluded Oasis on Treasure Island.
With all the work going on in Treasure Island (TI to the locals), loads of building, road construction, and revamp you have to stay focused. And when you are hungry there you go to Arecely Cafe for lunch or an early dinner. An "almost" hidden gem in the middle of the island. With GPS its a snap. Located at 13th and E and set on an easy grid. We called and made reservations. With covid we recommend calling for current hours or getting there before 7PM closing time.
Letty was at the bar filling orders when we came in. She was a fountain

We had a wonderful Mother's Day brunch here! Delicious food, a beautiful outdoor setting, and excellent service. The experience also felt Covid safe.
Our family of 3 enjoyed the following - we had a good amount of leftovers:
1) Cheddar scones with sausage and gravy - absolutely delicious!
2) Pork belly flatbread - very good
3) Polenta waffles with ice cream - good
4) Chilaquiles with goat - amazing! Our favorite dish!
5) French toast - good
Our Americanos and mimosas were great as well.
We loved the outdoor set up, which was very pleasant and classy. The tables were spaced nicely

3/7/21: My first visit. My friend suggested this place on a sunday morning.
The ambiance of this place is really relaxing, they have 1 firepit seating area.
Food:I got the avocado toast with sunny side up egg and it was refreshing. My friend got the french toast and he loved it so much. Btw while we are ordering the server mentioned that all of their stuff are homemade(restaurant made) including their hot sauce and the cream cheeseon top of the french toast. It was one the best cream cheese i tried very silky and creamy.
Cleanliness: The place is in prestine condition really neat.

We had high hopes for our brunch reservations at Aracely Café (even if we couldn't pronounce the name). Unfortunately, we were disappointed.
We arrived on time but stood outside for about ten minutes before being seated (even though we could see plenty of table empty). Once seated, we had a difficulty time talking because the live music (which was good, and which we were looking forward to as we walked up to the restauant) was just a bit too loud. The waiter eventually came and was friendly enough, and took our orders. I lost track of how long it took before we saw him again (maybe 40 minutes

Who knew that within Treasure Island's seemingly desolate town lived this outdoor brunch gem? My coworker sis told me her bro had frequented this place with his bike buddies after their rides and we decided to head over.
Weather was overcast but temperate and we were the 2nd batch of customers, which was preferred due to Covid times. The tables were spaced out and our server wore a mask. Menu had breakfast, lunch, small plates, dinner items, and a whole page of drinks.
I ordered the freshly squeezed orange juice, croissant French toast, a side of bacon, and a poached egg. Coworker

Cute cafe, with nice outdoor patio. We even had live music going on.
We ordered:
-Empanada of the say (with chicken): I don't recommend it, it had a fishy taste I didn't like at all.
- Yellow fin Tina Salad (I asked for Salmon instead): The portion was fair enough and tasty
- The burger was just ok and overcooked
- Chicken rice bowl ok
- Wild mushroom tartine: I was expecting more wild mushrooms, instead they had normal mushrooms. I could only taste the fried quinoa buns and spiciness
Nice to go out of the city and relax yourself as there were only 3 more tables. The weather

Lovely place to sit down a while and grab lunch or a cocktail. The gardens and decor are beautiful. I came on a Saturday afternoon (in winter) and it was not crowded. The service was a little curt and slow, but not detractingly so. If you are looking to book an event space, I included a photo of that area, and also noticed a Playground directly across from the restaurant— good to keep in mind!
