The P.A. was helpful and very knowledgeable with my concerns. She spoke fast because she knew her line of work but I don't know the lingo & I tried to get some questions in at the same time. She left to write down what she discussed and I was hoping she'd return but the assistant did. I still had additional questions to ask and felt as if my time was up. It felt as if my appointment had a time limit of 6 minutes. All in all my visit was good however, I'd like to not feel rushed or feel like another number.

WHAT A JOKE!!! I made an appointment at this location and 20 minutes before I was leaving to get there, they called to say that my insurance wasn't accepted. I made another appointment with a different doctor there and asked that they verify my insurance that day, which they did, saying that all was well. The morning of my appointment, I received a note verifying the time and the location. I took off work and arrived early. 45 minutes later I was called only to be told that my insurance was not accepted!! I will NEVER recommend this place. What a way to run a business!!!

I set an appointment to discuss a dishydrotic condition on my hands. I explained the only thing that has worked was a short round of steroids. The PA told me I have dry hands and wanted to prescribe the same topical steroidal cream I have already used with no success. I showed him the previous prescription. He told me to mix it with lotion because my hands were dry. I explained that I had tried three different steroidal creams and that it wouldn't work. Long story short he was no help at all. Why doesn't the medical profession listen to their patients. Not everyone requires a text book

Horrible dermatologist who don't know what their doing! We've taken our son here 5 times already for what should have been a simple one time procedure. First procedure they burnt the wart but a few weeks later it was not healing. He was told to go back to get looked at again which they charged him for the follow up visit. While there they froze the wound and told him to come back for follow up check. One month later still in pain and not healing properly he went again and they froze it again and charged him again! He was asked to go in a fourth time for follow up and my son was still having discomfort

My daughter developed warts on her feet and we came here for treatment. Both P.A. Bryan and P.A. Christine were awesome. Very gentle and informative. Talia and Susanna work in the front are pleasant and made appointments and billing easy breezy. They have been good and reasonable about a wait time with an appointment. We have been coming for a couple months and each time have been a pleasant experience.

I brought my son who is a teen to have a suspicious mole removed. We saw a female PA (I believe she was a PA) who did a shave biopsy. When we returned for the results we were seen by a different PA who was a younger male. He told me the results were slightly abnormal cells but nothing to worry and it's up to us to decide if we want to do anything further but it's ok to just let it be and watch and wait. When he took a picture of the biopsy area he marked over the scab with a marker and was not gentle at all. I opted to have more of the area removed but I decided to go to a different dermatologist

I lived in Los Angeles for two years and I had aetna insurance with best coverage, I went from a dermatologist to another and non of them controlled my acne. It wasn't until I moved to Rancho and I started going here for my eczema and acne. I didn't get control over my acne until I met Denise. I've been doing chemical peels with her every two weeks and my skin has never looked better, and all of my friends are asking me what use for my skin. Great Doctors, PA's and nurses. They put you T ease ND take excellent care of your skin, whether it be acne, scarring, rosacea, botox, filler and much more. Very friendly and professional. I have even convinced my mom to go here because of the high level of quality that they provide. I would recommend to go hear for any and all skin issues and not just on the face either. It took forever for them to see me. My opponent today was at 4:30 and they didn’t take me and my mom until 5:00 and for that whole wait they only saw us for like 5 minutes. There was no one there so why did they take so long? The doctor was being rude to my mom which is not okay. He was being a smart a$$. I also had this had this thing on my face and they prescribed me the wrong medication and the medication was burning my face. I've been coming here and have been seeing Danielle and Melissa and my skin has never looked better! They also recommended this gentle cleansing face wash lotion which I love! I used to use Neutrogena and never realized how harsh it was in my skin until I started coming here! The doctors here really know what they are doing and they make sure you reschedule within the appropriate time because they don't want to leave you a while without checking on your skin! Came here a few days ago and my face feels and looks great. I had a hydra radiance peel stacked with a alpha beta peel, it was so cleansing. Denise was awesome she's really friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The employees are very welcoming as well. The office was clean and not difficult to find. I purchased some 10-2 face pads that have 10% glycolic acid and 2% salicylic acid to use after sweaty workouts and I love them! Definitely a must to keep skin from getting clogged up. Overall great experience and would recommend this place for any skin needs.

Its been since my teenage years I went to a dermatologist. I have a mole that I was concerned with and chose this derm to go to. Ms. Keshea Stevenson, P.A.-C, is very nice and warm. She did a thorough exam of my body for the mole check. She found 3 of concern (including the one I am concerned with) and biopsied them same day which I appreciate. I dont like when drs make you come back for an extra co-pay. I had to get local anesthesia which 2/3 hurt but it was bearable. Im waiting 2 weeks for test results. She also named other conditions. Very thorough and helpful.

Iv been coming here for 3 years for my acne and dermatological needs. I've been seeing Denise just as long and shes saved my face numerous times from scarring. she's very caring and understanding and takes care of her patients. she answers her calls and even guided me through the healing process of my chemical peels. if i ever had a question she made me feel welcomed to ask, and is the only person i trust with my face. iv'e also seen Keisha for 3 years as she did a great job being my doctor. she was very caring and understanding and always did her best and i'm very happy with my results.

I decided to make an appointment to figure out why the skin on my face is always red. I've always had to wear makeup to cover the redness.
I came and met with Melissa, a PA. Right away she made me feel "normal". She diagnosed me with Rosacea. She explained to me how the capillaries in my skin dilated to create a blushing color. She recommended me on a new skincare regiment to help. She was very thorough and made me feel a lot more comfortable about my newly diagnosed skin condition.

I had my quarterly full-body examination with Dr. Sidhu and his PA (Christen) earlier today and they performed their usual exceptionally thorough and exacting procedures. I credit their personal diligence and professionalism for having saved my life, as several years ago Dr. Sidhu identified a very small spot on my arm, which turned out to be melanoma. Since this was caught very early I was able to avoid it spreading and creating further complications. This place is outstanding! Dr. Sidhu really knows his business, and the medical staff are all superb. (I had a basal carcinoma removed from my nose.) The front lobby is like that of a resort hotel, and the receptionists, Ruby and Daisy, are simply delightful. I want to go back and see them again, but haven't had cause to.

I have been under treatment by Dr. Sidhu for the past two years. From sun damage to my skin when I was younger, I have a tendency to develop various skin anomolies including Basal Cell Carcinoma and Squamous Cell Carcinoma. These have been treated with surgical excision and other conditions have been excised or frozen off.
I have always been treated in and efficient and very professional manner.

Dr. Sidhu is the best! Not only is he an amazing Dermatologist, but he has a degree specializing in skin cancer which I like, being a former sun worshipper. It's comforting to know he's "specialized" and really knows what to look for AND he also has the skills to keep me scar free in the process! The office is beautiful and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them. Make an appointment. You'll thank me!
