Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Andrea went above and beyond for my family and I! She did everything within her power to make sure I had my dream home! She was with me every step of the way during one of the most stressful times of a person's life, buying their first home! I would highly recommend Andrea to anyone looking to purchase a home! Thank you Andrea!!

We are very disappointed in Andrea. We traveled from Greensboro the first day that the cabin was listed. We got a verbal acceptance from the owner of our offer. Andrea did not forward the contract to us until late that night. In the morning I started my due diligence calling rental companies to see what type of rental income the property would provide. I also applied to a mortgage company that Andrea recommended. I sent her a text that I would have an answer by the end of the day. Well guess what a higher offer came in over the list price by supposedly $7,000. We were not contacted by Andrea to

We were looking for a property in Ashe County and wanted a lot of specifics. Amy Ballou went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible for us. We found the perfect property and she handled all the important details so all we had to do was show up and sign the papers on closing day. She’s professional, friendly and very responsive. We highly recommend and will use her again when we are ready to purchase another property.

I had pretty much been stalking recency properties for months on Instagram checking out beautiful properties that I knew (thought) I would never be able to buy. One day I got the nerve up to ask for more info on one of the properties, Andrea called me back the first thing the next morning and asked me to come talk with her. Even though she had to wait what seemed like forever for our loan to be approved, she was still there with a huge smile and ready to help us. We requested to look at a couple different places and we finally found our HOME in the heart of Ashe county thanks to hers and Melinda

Do you know how you meet somebody, and about three months later you consider them almost family! That is the way our relationship with Amy Ballou became over the past few months while we were searching for our new home. She is extremely thorough and unselfish with her time when it comes to helping you find your home. It was great to spend time with her but also to watch her use Her professional skills to obtain the best deal that you can get for your home. I would highly recommend Amy and Regency Properties if you’re in search to sell or buy your next home here in the high country.

In purchasing a home there are so many questions that need to be answered, I found Melinda at Regency Properties to be very professional and extremely easy to deal with. I highly recommend Melinda to anyone looking to obtain property or a house.
As a US Navy Veteran and someone who just retired from the fire service after 31.5 years I truly understand what it takes to provide a service to others. I wish to express my sincere appreciation to Melinda who clearly demonstrates service to others and is very compassionate in making sure your experience with Regency Properties is second to none.

Stay away from this realtor. We had a verbal contract on a cabin and were doing our due diligence the next day before signing the contract. The next day she says that the owner signed a contract with someone that offered $7000 over list. She did not even call or email us to give a chance to match offer. She actually hurt herself because she would have gotten both sides of the deal.
Stay away won't fight for you.

I have had several dealings with Andrea and Heather both, spanning a few months of time. They have both been very forthcoming and helpful during our discussions, and I only have pleasant things to say about them and our communication.
They've truly been a joy to deal with, and I would certainly recommend that anyone searching for a home in Ashe County contact them.

Regency Properties is outstanding! Andrea listed my home and within 24 hours, an offer was presented. Throughout the process, Andrea or a Regency staff member were on top of it. Each step was carried out in a very timely and professional manner. After hours - any day of the week, someone was always readily available to assist. Regardless of any circumstance, Andrea and staff were determined and dedicated to seeing the job through, which they absolutely did! I can't say enough about how welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and professional everyone was. They went above and beyond my expectations

The WORST I have ever dealt with. Unethical and possibly illegal. Signed a contract to list a property for sale and SEVEN months later, it never got listed. At her recommendation, signed another agreement to cover her with the real estate association since they mandated a listing be done within a certain amount of time.....and it STILL wasn't listed within that time! ABSOLUTE incompetence! Doesn't return calls, email, or letters. Failure to oversee a closing resulting in almost having a disaster. Thanks to myself and some employees it got corrected, but not on time. Recommend
