This company has had my vehicle 4 times they worked on my front end smashed out both of my tail lakes and then when they installed my bumper they broke the brackets that hold it on and now refuse to fix it I… plan to file with small claims because companies like this should not exist my insurance report shows they repaired my fender and painted it they did nothing this company is a fraud like most companies that deal with insurance they are the definition of the problem with our insurance industry.

I googled "body shops near me" and Falls Auto Body was one of the many choices. Reading through all the google reviews that the different body shops had, Falls Autobody seemed to have the best customer service reviews (which is most important to me, and the reason I felt compelled to write my first google review ). Being that the car is in my parents name I asked them if it was ok to take my vehicle here and then proceeded to tell my insurance company that's where I wanted to go (even though they tried to get me to go elsewhere). This bodyshop is by far the best that I have ever gone to! Six months later and I am still amazed at the amazing service. They worked with me and my insurance to make sure that I got the best possible deal and I did. Dan Golias, the general manager, was incredible and really believes in customer service and he truly wants to listen to the customer, hear their concerns, and develop ongoing customer relationships! I went to Falls Auto Body to handle repairs after a minor fender bender. Everyone was so friendly and thorough. When it was time for the actual repair after dealing with the insurance hassle, they scheduled me quickly and did the work speedily. They took great care of my car and did a fabulous job. A few months ago I got a quote for a small chip on my car door that was starting to rust. They quoted me slightly over $700 for the repair. The itemized bill seemed ridiculous with unneeded labor. I got a quote from another shop for $350 and ended up having it done there. Looks perfect, as if nothing was ever there at half the price! This place used to have a great reputation but I can no longer recommend them.

I would highly recommend Falls Auto Body if you need to get any bodywork done to your car. I had a great experience through the entire process. The work they did looks absolutely amazing and they were very thorough and professional. Jack is very easy going and you can tell he knows what he’s doing. Debbie is just about the sweetest thing ever and my dog loved both of them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Falls Auto Body is AMAZING. They constantly go above and beyond in trying to help. I was involved in my first ever vehicle incident, and Falls Auto Body was recommended to me. They got an estimate, set everything up with the insurance company, and even helped me get into a rental car. I am writing this review as an out-of-state customer. I live in California. In the process of purchasing a vehicle from a dealership in Ohio, I needed to find someone I felt I could trust to conduct a fair and impartial inspection of the vehicle I intended to purchase.
