I was rear ended a couple weeks ago and had to pick somewhere to take my car from a list insurance gave me. After reading reviews, I decided on brown street auto craft. So incredibly happy that I did. Bob was so friendly from the start and kept me in the loop about what was going on. He even took care of my cracked windshield!

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Brown Street Autocraft!
Our vehicle was hit by another driver and their insurance company highly recommended Brown Street Autocraft. The bumper, fender, and front driver light were damaged in the accident. The process was so smooth. The appointment was setup in less than 24 hours. Bob spent the time to explain the process, the work that needed to be done and the time it would take. The car rental company was there waiting for me and took me to pick-up my rental without any hitches.

The rear bumper of my car was clipped in a parking lot and I was recommended to Brown St. Autocraft. I spoke to the owner, Bob White, who was very accommodating from the start. He was helpful with the insurance process and ordered me better quality parts than what the insurance company quoted me for the cost. It was easy to get my car in and was done the next day after dropping it off. Bob was easy to work with and my car was cleaned and spotless when I picked it up. I highly recommend Brown Street Autocraft for your auto repair needs.

My experience was terrific! I called Bob, told him a deer got me. He was great. First asked if we were ok, was the car drivable, did we need a tow or a rental. How could he help!! We dropped our car off, he called me with progress about the car and our insurance company. But best of all my van looks beautiful and Bob treated me great!! I immediately took my new truck over there for running boards!! Awesome job on that too!!!

Brown Street Autocraft has amazing service and great prices! Bob, the owner, is professional and friendly! I sent my car in for a collision repair and It was completed quickly, cleaned and the hubcap was replaced for free. Great job on the paint, it looks brand new. He also fixed my breaks for an awesome price. I highly recommend doing your collision repairs or paint jobs here. Brown Street is also a State Farm select shop, which was very convenient. You may even get to meet his cat, turtle (: Great job!

A couple months ago my car was keyed, and Brown Street Autocraft did a phenomenal job repairing the damage. Bob and his team were very flexible with me, helped me figure out everything with the car rental and insurance, and made my car look like it did when I first got it off the lot. Since I had never handled anything like this before, Bob was very helpful throughout the process and went above and beyond with customer service and the repair job! My car was not only fixed, but it was cleaned and vacuumed--they definitely go the extra mile, and I am very appreciative!

Owner Bob White truly went the extra mile to make the entire repair process as stress-free as possible for me. He always answers the phone himself, and he is extremely helpful. He handled the paperwork with my insurance, he drove me to pick up my rental car, and he was kind enough to stay later at the shop when I was stuck in traffic so that I could pick up my car.
