Took my car there ! Almost 3000$ ! My car looks worse than before ! They messed up my headliner, and try to blame it on the insurance ! Paint is cheap ! They didn’t want to take responsibility and replace my headliner ! The worst body work ever ! You should know that if you dropped the headliner just from the back would cause it to bend and… eventually get damaged ! But no let’s do it as quick as cheap as poor quality as possible and blame the insurance company or blame the car itself like an amateur ! Even the Ohio department of insurance said that it wasn’t the insurance

I had an accident in Cuyahoga County October 8th. I live in North Hill and knew right away where I wanted my vehicle towed to…Alexanders because of their excellent reputation.

I had to bring my '20 Ram in for some unfortunate damage. They gave me a quick estimate, got me scheduled for what worked best for me and did an outstanding job on the repair in good time. I'm kind of picky and they met the challenge. Decided to get some dents repaired while it was in and they handled that on the fly and still on time. Awesome! Very satisfied with the work performed and the customer service.

I had my 2014 Honda detailed here. It was in pretty rough shape when I dropped it off. It now looks better than it did when I bought it!! It looks brand new. I new it was going to be a lot better but they far surpassed my expectations!!!! I cannot recommend them enough.
