Zee Field founded Profade Apparel in 2011 with the goal of producing private label product lines for existing brands and retailers as well as help start-up companies transform their original concepts into a finished product. Profade Apparel offers a comprehensive list of services. We will either design complete collections or work with your design team to add to your existing products. Our services include product development and design, graphic design, tech packs, sourcing, fit comments, and grading. Throughout the manufacturing process we take care of all communications with mills and factories as well as the quality control process.

A PPS is a Pre-Production Sample. A TOP is a Top of Production Sample - meaning one sample of each style representing each SKU from the production line. A tech pack is a detailed map of all the specifications needed to manufacture a garment. The tech pack must contain the following: a flat sketch of the style, all sized artwork for trims and prints, measurement and placement of all trims, as well as detailed sewing instructions.
