2 Layers of Skin Cooler 90 fabric - a high-tech, tightly knitted, stretchy fabric that absorbs very little moisture. Hand made in the USA, in California, in San Diego, in our own building, by hard working humans. The size of each mask may vary slightly due to this. The weakest link of most masks is the strap.
This protective cloth mask is the most unique cloth mask in the world. It offers you a multitude of choices on how to tie it and how to wear it, depending upon your personal needs. Skin Cooler fabric is a high-tech, tightly knitted, stretchy fabric that absorbs very little moisture. This mask has a pocket pouch where you can place a filter or an additional flexible, or non-permeable layer of protection (not included).
This protective and versatile headwear can also be worn as a face mask or to cover the entire head including the ears, but it extends way beyond the surrogate use as a mask. It protects the head, neck, ears, forehead, and/or much of the face from exposure to heat and sun, as well as from the cold. Made of Skin Cooler 90 fabric, it is a high-tech, non-absorbent, tightly knitted, stretchy fabric.
We offer masks with your own customized graphics. We apply those graphics onto our high-tech Skin Cooler fabric using sublimation. This is a process that uses heat to turn a special ink into a gas that adheres to one side of the fabric in a way that does not affect the technical integrity of the fabric.
We all know that wearing a mask for an extended period of time can feel a bit uncomfortable. The De Soto Space Frame is an inner support bracket that offers more comfort by creating space between your mask and your face, so it makes breathing easier while remaining safe. As with all our products, careful thought has been taken in its design so that you receive the best quality and value.

I bought four of the face masks for my family. The customer service was exceptional. Tracy was so responsive to my emails and was very accommodating on taking care of me during this pandemic and need for facemasks.
DeSoto facemasks are very comfortable and the ties around the ears/head are the best. Other fabric facemasks after a short time cause behind the ear irritation. The DeSoto masks are long wearing without discomfort. I love that they are made with three layers of fabric and have a pocket for inserting additional protection if you desire.
My boys found them to be very comfortable as well

Spectacular company, phenomenal customer service. Despite being in Portland, OR I’m treated as though I stepped right through the doors in San Diego. Prompt response, owner Emilio is incredibly involved and customer service oriented, quality control is among the best I’ve seen in the triathlon world, made right in their local shop and best of all they’re run ethically. I’ve happily steered my own employees to this company for all PPE and not a single unhappy word. Many lifelong customers.
